Evernden is a great bike shop, where I bought my Giant TCR back in 2018, since then cracks developed in the frame.
I emailed them and received a quick response, leading to me getting a new frame 1 and a bit weeks later. I was disappointed with the colour of the replacement frame, as it was quite different, being red themed instead of blue. However this was due to the way that Giant stock warranty frames, not down to Evernden themselves, which they explained to me pretty well.
They were very friendly and professional when dealing with my warranty, even though I was emailing them almost constantly, probably being a very annoying customer, and they were quick to respond to any questions, having great knowledge of the warranty process.
I’d recommend Evernden cycles to anyone in the paddock wood area, but not Tunbridge Wells, as Wildside Cycles (where I work) is obviously better ;)

I have written two reviews for Everndens already and with this third you see a description of the life of a bike and why Everndens are excellent. This time one of the bearings on the motor on my e-bike had collapsed (after 4700Km). Everndens worked their magic on the bike supplier and obtained a brand new motor for me free of charge. I believe that retail on that motor would have been over £600.
Over the course of two years I am up a whole brand new bike and a brand new motor because Everndens stand in the corner with me when I ran into problems.

I have been a customer of Evendens for the last 20 years. I can honestly say that they have always been, without exception, wonderful in every way. They know their stuff so when you go in to see them they know immediately what you need and never try to upsell or try to sell you stuff you don't need.
I recently went in and despite not having visited for a quite a while Tony greeted me like the prodigal son!

Since having my first bike from Everndens about 60 years ago, I've been a regular customer. Tony and Debbie are always very friendly and helpful, following in the footsteps of Tony's father Roy, and grandfather Percy. Thoroughly recommend them for bike purchases and servicing. Go careful though - I have been known to go in for an inner tube and come out with a new bike!!!

Always buy and take my bikes here . Knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I am sure that Tony and Debbie will even give you a guided tour to ensure they stay Top 5 of things to do in Paddock Wood!

I have been visiting Evernden Cyclist for over 30 years. I have brought almost all of my bikes from them. The staff have always been friendly , helpful and knowledgeable.

Whilst on my ride today my chain broke. After I called Everndens, I took it over expecting to leave it there and pick up next week. They actually did it there and then. Fantastic service as always...

Hi discovered a split in the tyre of my road bike yesterday so attended Evernden today. As always the service was fantastic. Purchased two new tyres for my bike, which I am very happy with. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff there. They are happy to help with anything or just offer advice.

I wrote a review back in September. Since then the manufacturer of my bike still was not able to provide the part to fix a latent defect on the bike I bought some months earlier. In the end Evernden pointed out to the bike supplier that this problem had gone on too long. As a result of Evernden's intervention a brand new exchange bike was delivered for me last weekend.
