Ordinato una casseruola da 26 cm di diametro alto spessore. Arrivata in tempi brevissimi con imballo perfetto. La casseruola è stupenda. Alta qualità manuale. Ho telefonato per ordinarla e mi è stato spiegato tutto molto bene anche sulla manutenzione del prodotto. Molto seri e professionali.

I live in the U.S. and recently purchased a silver-lined copper frying pan from Bottega del Rame, and am delighted with it. It is beautiful and exceptionally well made, with thoughtful advice on how to use and care for it. It also reminded me of Montepulciano, a place I have visited several times and love. Even though I ordered it in December and expected a long wait, I received it within two weeks. I was so happy with my pan that I bought two more as Christmas gifts for friends, and also a copper baking tray for my brother. These pieces are high end but well worth it. I recommend them without hesitation.

Meeting Cesare and seeing his beautiful work was a top highlight of our trip to Tuscany. The history and artistry of his craft is extraordinary.

We bought the cheese fondue copper pot for ourselves and we absolutely love how it looks and the craftsmanship and we enjoy it immensely. So much so that we ordered another one and I’m giving that away as a wedding gift. They were shipped to us in the United States and we had them in about a weeks time. We are very happy with our purchases and the service we have received.

This is the best place to buy copper pots and pans. I love the ones I purchased from this company. They are always friendly and cheerful and eager to explain their products they make and sell. The products made are solid copper heavy and durable and will last more than a life time if treated with care. I will hand mine down to my children.

I love the craftsmanship in their copper pans and they are absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to use mine. I have friends who own their pots and just rave about them. They are the nicest people and when I needed some help with ordering and learning about their pans, they responded immediately via email from their website with all the information I needed. They were kind and helpful. I highly recommend them and their pans to anyone who wants to have the best cooking experience with pans that last forever.

Bottega del Rame Is a must stop in Montepulciano. And Rico Mazzetti is a third-generation copper craftsman. I’ve been to this shop at least four times, and always try to purchase something even if it is only a serving spoon.
I just ordered two bigger copper pots with lids directly from the shop and they came to my house in the United States in four days. It is so exciting to unwrap items for my kitchen from this wonderful place.
As soon as we are able to travel to Europe again, the first among my planned trips will be Tuscany and I will definitely go back to visit Mr. Mazzetti, his staff, and joyously wander around in his copper shop.
Put it in your plans if you will be in Tuscany. You won’t regret it.
Note: in order to post this review, I had to select a date. However my options were limited for that selection. I have been to the shop four times between 2006 and 2016.

The Bottega del Rame shop is where you will meet the nicest people, and find a great selection of superior copper pots. The quality of the pots, and the care that goes in to making them is beyond compare. We are so pleased with the pot we purchased while visiting the store last year, we since ordered two others online and had them shipped home to the USA. Our most recent order arrived in just 5 days - and this is during Covid-19. We are impressed with the customer service and attention to every detail.
We look forward to visiting the shop the next time we return to Italy. Until then online ordering is the next best thing.

What are the hours of your shop and work shop?
Sorry for delay on this reply, maybe we already replied by email.
The workshop is usually open all days from 10 upto 12:30 in the morning and from 15 upto 18 in the afternoon.
The shop is open all days (weekends included) continuosly from 9:30 in the morning upto 18:30 in the afternoon.

I read your review before buying pots and pans here, I also had them ship it home but I have not see the package and it was 3 weeks ago. Did they provide you a tracking confirmation for the package?

Are shops open on sunday
Yes, the shop is open all days, including weekends, from 9:30 upto 18:30 continuously. Christmas day closed.
The workshop is open monday-friday from 10 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00.

Is 'shipping to U.S.' expensive/costly?
Shipping fees depend by weight and destination. You can go to our ecommerce website (look for "our products" in our website homepage) and simply try to "pretend" to order without finalizing it just to see how much would cost shipping the desired item(s) to your address. Please note that shipping outside european union make you save the VAT tax, that is almost a 20% discount, and sometimes it can cover the shipping fees (the more you ship the more you save, e.g. the chiseled grape ice bucket cost less shipped to US than picked up on our shop in Montepulciano), so be sure to insert your address including the country on the relevant form before checking the amount to pay. Finally notice that we have online only about one hundred items from our (more) large assortment, so if you can't find a piece please email us and we can provide you a quote.
