Great experience for adults and children. The thrill of bobsleighing along the green ski slopes is to be experienced. It would be nice to do several laps but the cost is quite high, 18.50€ for the single descent each; price to which should be added the cost of the chairlift if you do not want to do it on foot. However, the walking route remains very affordable.

Excellent adrenaline downhill, Recommendation to take ticket without limits so you can do it several times. If it rains they close it and touch you downhill on foot or chairlift

20€ for a 5 minute climb, once up, a crazy world. To get back down in the chairlift 9€, it’s still 29€ the round trip.
As for the bob downhill, about 17€ , we queue and if you come across people in front of you who spend their time braking, you regret the thing....
Even if it means spending money, take the bike ride from San Candido to Lienz with return train which is very nice.

the ticket - 18 euros - can only be purchased at the arrival station of the chairlift. Once you have purchased the ticket, however, it is not possible to get off in a normal queue: no, you have to queue to get a number. Then you have to wait for your "group". The result is that one remains "hostages" - and in fact forced either to consume other services or to consider losing ticket money to regain freedom - to wait for geological ages for the number to progress.
All this despite the space to get off there and the bobsleighs are all present at the station. My 5-year-old son would have organized better. And more honestly. MAI PIÚ.

I just want to reflect on the cost of this fun. Eighteen Euros and fifty (18,50...!) for the adult descent ONLY. For children under 14 years the price is "lowered" to 13 euros. To add the costs for the chairlift ascent (17,50 and 12,50 euros). The duration of the descent (fun but not exaggerated by the...! Around you will find more fun entertainment at much less) is about 1.5 minutes. True you can make tickets with more rides but prices drop slightly. In short, the profits of the "Zinnen" company are as usual very high I would say.

Authorized scam.
They allow the descent lelle people with very little distance from each other.
They can't handle the big numbers, but they ask for a ticket of 18.50 euros, not to do a Fun Bon but to do a snail ride.

to try the fun bob experience on the rail you have to pay the ticket to get on the chairlift and the ticket for the descent with the fun bob or alternatively as we did on foot with a 45-minute walk and at the end of the day get off with the fun bob (cost €18.5 per descent per adult); ticket bought around 2.30 pm given the waiting time of 2 hours for the descent. Fun but very expensive if you think that in case you want to try the fun bob more than once you have to pay the price of the climb in the chairlift or do the walk on foot. Children under 8 years old do not pay but must travel with an adult. There is a formula only in the morning to get on and off unlimited only until 12. Dogs in the chairlift pay 7.50 per trip even if tiny (poor dog owners). If they improved the price proposals to make a single price for the experience it would be top. Parking for the car is included in the cost of the fun bob ticket.

The only fun bob open in the first week of October....very, very fun whizzing down at full speed and admiring all of San Candido.....but really too expensive....tickets for the chair lift are 5.50pm head and another 15.50 each is always needed for the bob....if you buy them online there is a little discount but nothing significant....let's say that for maybe 10 minutes total between ascent and descent they are a bit too many if you consider that a family may be at least 3 or more is exaggerated

Beautiful! We had already done the fun bob last year and we loved it. This year we therefore opted for three-journey tickets to save a little.
Having been there in the week of August, we noticed on several occasions queues and waits lasting around 2.5 hours, to the point that sometimes ticket sales closed as early as 4am.
A good time is Wednesday evening (the only day of the week when it remains active until 10pm). We did a descent around 7.30pm (without a minute's wait) plus the one in total darkness around 9pm.
Another good time to avoid the queue is in the morning (even if the temperature is obviously cooler than in the afternoon).
The descent is a lot of fun and if you have the chance I recommend you do it even in the dark because it's really wonderful to speed downhill at around 30 km/h admiring the lights of all of San Candido.

Apart from someone who wants to use the funbob and looks on the site and reads the section relating to the funbob, an adult with 2 children aged 13 and 7, the 7 year old goes free with the adult so 3 rides in high season cost 26+37 =63, and assumes that that is the figure and that all the chairlift rides do not have to be added (if one goes to do the funbob, especially multiple rides, it is obvious that he gets on the chairlift, given that going up on foot takes about 1 hour of ascent) and on the site they are careful not to specify it, so once there one discovers that (15.5+11)×3=79.5 euros must be added to the 63 euros which brings the total for 3 trips to 142.5 euros, which if it were not I had already promised my children, I would definitely go home....
The icing on the cake: the chairlift breaks down, we still have one uphill and one downhill to do. We wait half an hour, then an hour, and nothing... at that point I ask if they will at least reimburse us for the climb we can go up on foot, and they reply that they can't, that I can also use the climb to Mont'elmo or even in the following days (we would have left the next day)... val pusteria: adios, I hope that everything goes well for you!
