We appreciate your feedback, but it seems there is a misunderstanding here. You enjoyed our services, paid for the program you chose, and even considered booking a second session with us. Now, after finding a cheaper option elsewhere with a different quality of service, you accuse us of robbing you.
We offer certified instructors, our surf coaches are International Surf Association instructors and each holds the International Bronze Medallion Certification for lifeguarding, insurance, transportation, equipment, fresh water during the session, Rip Curl Rash shirt, Rip Curl Legging, Rip Curl Booties (reef shoes), Gath surf helmet, Changing room facilities, Bathroom, Water showers, Fresh towel, Zinc & Fresh Fruits after lesson, which accounts for the price difference. We do not compromise on quality and safety, and we believe our services are priced fairly for what we provide.
Accusing us of robbery is unfounded and unfair. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch experiences and transparency in our pricing. If you were unsatisfied, we wish you had raised your concerns directly with us during your visit.
We believe these elements significantly enhance the quality and safety of the experience we provide. We want to assure you that we strive to provide a service that justifies the cost, and we certainly did not rob anyone.
