selain desa kusmba terkenal dengan petani garam tradisional juga terkenal dengan ikan yang dijual dipasar ikan didesa kusamba. . bisa di bilang pasar ikan kusamba salah satu pasar ikan yang ada di Bali timur khususnya klungkung.

Spezialität auf den Märkten von Klungkung auf Bali ist Spanferkel. Es wird an kleinen Ständen am Straßenrand verkauft und mit indonesischen Gewürzmischungen serviert. Unbedingt probieren, schmeckt super lecker!

I was amazed by the resourceful nature of the local fishers. This was matched by the variety of magnificent fish/seafood on display. A very interesting, worthwhile visit and a MUST if you enjoy fishing..........or eating !

In addition to the fish trade in Kusamba, traditionally making salt on the beach, it is also known as the processing center for cooked fish. The process starts with the cleaning of the fish, neatly laid in layers in the baskets, then comes a large layer of salt. Furthermore, there will be a heavy plate on top. Then the basket is placed in a cooking tray. The cooking process can take 1-3 hours and the salt seeps into the fish. The cooking process will kill the germs and bacteria in fish. The fish is preserved and the taste is improved. Then the fish goes to its final destinations, such as restaurants. After 4 years we have once again visited this traditional fish processing, there was not much change. There was only less activity, but that was because we were early in the morning, I think.

Будучи на Бали, конечно же надо посетить хотя бы один традиционный рыбный рынок, чтобы познакомиться с этой стороной быта местных жителей. Очень интересные впечатления, не пожалели, что поехали

Een bezoek aan de traditionele visverwerkende centrum van Kusamba (Klungkung regentschap) is een leuke bezienswaardigheid. Op ongeveer vijf minuten van Jl. Bypass Ida Bagus Mantra, de route tussen Klungkung en Karangasem, vind je dit dorp Het geeft een interessante kijk op verwerking van vis op de traditionele manier. De gehele dag wordt gedaan door honderden vrouwen. Je ziet dat de vissen worden gerookt terwijl anderen worden gezouten + gekookt (pindang ), een populair gerecht in veel steden en dorpen. De vis wordt naar de restaurants gebracht door tientallen pick-ups. Je ziet weinig toeristen in deze traditionele visverwerkingscentrum, maar het zeker een bezoek waard.
