Recommended! We have rented 4 bikes from Kayserberg. Friendly people, clear explanation about the bikes. Bikes are in very good condition. They also give you tours. We had already planned one ourselves.
They do not require a guarantee for the bicycles. We had also inquired with someone else and there we had to give 500€ per bike!!!!

We relied on the Kayserberg branch and were delighted! The boys speak English very well and were kind and competent. For safety we booked the day before going to them: time two hours had sent us the Reservation Summary in English, with all the documents, links to the app etc. We then paid at the bike pickup the next day. They were ready and ready, fully loaded. We've never had a problem. Reservation includes helmets, padlocks, tire repair kit (which fortunately is not served). Kind and friendly even at the return. They already offer itineraries via their app, although the paths are well signposted. Great experience!

We discovered this bike rental company on a blog that recommended it... and we were delighted from start to finish.
On the phone the information was given to me by Maxime in a very friendly way. Reservation was made quickly.
The bikes are in very good condition. The precise and smiling explanations. It was perfect!

A wonderful gourmet tour with Louis. A Guide who knows how to put himself on the sporting level of his customers and who quickly understands their expectations. Without forgetting Lena at the time of Reservation, thank you for her efficiency and smile that can be seen on the phone. Good quality meals in a pleasant setting.

The rental in Kaysersberg worked great. Friendly service and the pre-booked bikes and helmets were waiting for us. With e-bike it was possible to pedal up the hills. The route over the hills from Kaysersberg to Ribeauvillé is fantastic! Flatter routes are also available.

With a group of seven, we rented standard 14 speed bikes (not electric) to tour the wine country. Bikes were in excellent condition, and the whole experience was memorable. The woman who worked there was extremely helpful. Would recommend highly.

Tres disponibles pour toutes informations: velos, balades. Les velos sont neuf et marchent tres bien. Le terroir est perfect pour se promener en velo.

We did the guided tour ‘La route des vins d’Alsace’ from Colmar. Louis was an amazing guide - friendly, informative and very helpful. We’d never used E bikes before but he explained how to use them very patiently. The bikes were easy to use and extremely comfortable. The route took us along really quiet and beautiful roads so very relaxing. Amazing scenery all around and Louis was more than happy to answer all our questions about the local area and told us lots of interesting things we wouldn’t have found out otherwise. This bike tour has definitely been one of the highlights of our holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it!

An excellent wine tasting tour with Louis. The e- bikes were brand new and made everything very easy and relaxing. Louis guided us very safely through the town and onto the quieter country lanes before stopping in Eguisheim for a very nice wine tasting of 6 wines. Saddle bags meant we could carry our stuff and purchases easily. We also stopped for some local historical information. Suitable for any level of cyclist.

You have two solutions to come in Eguisheim.
-First one is taxi
-second one is to take a bus (line 208) who take approximately 30mn.
Normaly this summer you will have a direct line of bike taxi (max 2 persons) between Colmar and Eguisheim

Hi there,
We(myself & my husband) are planning to stay in colmar 2 nights in May 2016. on one of the 2 days, we wanted to take "BETWEEN HISTORY AND PATRIMONY" tour with you. we want to know-
1) Is it a group tour or a self guided tour with help of gps?
2) What time does the tour start/what is a good time to start the tour in morning?
3) Approximate duration of the tour?website says 6 hrs+, however we are not in our best physical form hence might take longer than normal.
3) What are our transport options from colmar-eguisheim(morning) & eguishiem-colmar(evening)?
4) How much does the tour cost with ebike?

The tour includes lunch...there are hills but the ebike made it less strenuous if you preferred that. We had a rental car otherwise you must take a cab to cycling tour. It was a great day and beautiful!

Yes it's better to book before. For the moment the online booking is not avalaible but you just need to send us an email with your high (in cm) and your gender and the type of bike that you want (ebike or regular bike)
