Très belle tour. On y passe en faisant le tour des rempart au Mont Saint Michel. Plus facile à visiter quand il fait soleil.

Mont-Saint-Michel
As previously mentioned...OUTSTANDING local tour guide: LAURENT PESNEAUD. He was extremely knowledgeable, witty, professional and even gave up his own hotel room for members of his tour. Cannot say enough great communication skills of the man. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the place "Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel" along with his expertise...What a powerful combination. LAURENT has superb command of English and knows the history of "Abbaye du Mont-Saint-Michel", and WWII.

Torre situada à direita de quem entra. Uma dos muitos torreões espalhados pela fortaleza. Caminhando pelas muralhas no lado contrário à abadia, pode descer-se por uma escadaria em pedra, bastante irregular e fica-se logo na saída.

参道をすぐ入って右側の階段を登った所にあります。

A l'origine, toutes les tours du Mont Saint-Michel étaient coiffées d'une charpente et couvertes comme l'est encore la Tour de l'Arcade.
Je l'ai trouvée très belle. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir y pénétrer car le chemin de ronde la traverse et l'on peut admirer sa charpente couverte d'ardoises.
Les montois la nomme aussi Tour de l'Escadre.
Une fine tour se rattache à la Tour de l'Arcade : la tour du Guet.
La Tour de l'Arcade offre un beau point de vue sur la baie.

Нижний ярус крепостных сооружений (в том числе и башен) Мон-Сен-Мишель особо ничем не отличается и надо быть ну очень «влюблённым» в фортификацию, чтобы запомнить все «ники» и «нэймы» МСМ-овских всяко разно фортеций. Когда вы бодро шагаете по мосту в направлении аббатства, то вашему взору оно открывается во всей красе. Естественно, все сразу инстинктивно направляют взор на увенчанное «иглой» с золотым Святым Михаилом массивной тело сакрала, оставляя как бы за рамками внимания нижнюю часть всего аббатского комплекса. Я имею в виду крепостные стены с их les tours. Аркадная (или Крылатая) башня (Tour de L'Arcade/La tour de l'Escadre) – она в череде этих самых «туров» как бы вторая слева направо от входа на территорию аббатства, увенчана конической «шапочкой» (не путайте с Королевской башней – первой в этом грозном ряду – над той реет французский стяг). Особо эта башня ничем не примечательна и эдакой «звездой» вашей фортификационной фотосессии, ИМХО, стопудово не станет.

Just like the other numerous watch towers positioned on each side of Mont St Michel, this one offers panoramic views of the outdoor landscape and the surrounding sights. This is part of the Mont St Michel experience which is free, assuming you are not paying to enter the abbey.

Tour de l'Arcade is one of the some towers located in the wall, which surround the Mont-Saint-Michel, in Normandy, in the North of France. If you visit this place, you will enter for the main entrance and you can see it at right. It is very beautiful and you can walk inside, when you enter in this religious fortress. From here, there are an incredible views of the surroundings and especially the ocean when it arrive here.

モン･サン･ミッシェルの入口近く、パセレル橋から良く見える、フランス国旗が掲げられている「王の塔」の右隣の塔です。
