Had an amazing time at top golf today! My first time and won’t be the last! Sue recommended the onion rings and we were not disappointed! Highly recommend the upper level (just don’t look over the edge if you don’t like heights)

Disappointing evening yesterday. Clearly TopGolf had many issues which impacted on the whole operation but no senior management or leadership experience evident to handle the situation. 1 hour wait for food, from which we could only order from a severely reduced menu. Food arrived stone cold and burnt. Sent back and reordered. Reappeared again cold and burnt. Asked for first available bay. Waited for nearly 3 hours to play golf. We could see empty bays next to us for 45 minutes. On enquiry we had been out on list for upstairs bay. Once at bay unable to order drinks via the QR reader as not working. Staff told us had to order this way despite it allegedly not working for weeks. Unable to order from bar. Then all systems went down so staff couldn’t process any orders! Finally system back online and ordered hot drinks which arrived cold

Great spontaneous afternoon at Top Golf.
We rocked up without a booking which wasn’t an issue. We asked roughly how long the wait would be and the staff member said just over an hour. We thought that would be fine as we’d grab a drink and get checked in etc.
We chose a table outside as the weather was nice, ordered our drinks while the boyfriends paid for the games etc. I’m not really sure how long we waited but it definitely wasn’t over an hour, maybe 30-45 mins. Perfect.
We were escorted in to where we grabbed our balls for the games and headed upstairs to our section.
Now I hadn’t been before but the rest of our party had so I was in safe (experienced) hands.
We had the best time. It was so much fun. We had booked two games but only had time for 1 in the end which was no worries. Staff members popped the games back on our membership cards for next time. And we’ll definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered extra drinks whilst playing which all came out very fast. Thanks for an excellent experience even for someone who doesn’t really like golf (mainly because I can’t hit the ball) but I did this time!

So much fun, had a right laugh! Friendly staff and amazing food. I have been here numerous times with family and friends and always been satisfied. Would defo recommend!

Di was fantastic , this was our first ever visit and experience with top golf and we had the best day. Completely topped off with Di who went out of her way to interact with us. She is certainly a massive factor why we will be coming back

Staff was friendly and helpful especially Chole had very good customer service I would definitely recommend going here people like Chole make the experience enjoyable

My family and myself has a brilliant time here. We was served by Sue, she was fantastic and lovely to talk to. We found that the screens put up were better for us and made it more private to enjoy our time. We will definitely be going again soon.
