Very nice bathroom with sports pool, water towers and outdoor area. Great is the children's area outside, but there are also 2 indoor play areas for toddlers.

Despite heavy crowds in the sauna, the half-hour infusions have been cancelled. I think that's a shame, because you can only participate if you reserve the sauna 10-15min before. More and more often it happens to us that we cannot participate. We wanted to deposit this with the lady at the cash desk, whereupon she just shook her head and said evil, she can do nothing. Unfortunately a shame!

Very unfriendly staff working there. Because we checked out only a few minutes passed the 2h slot we reserved (only because we had to wait in the restaurant which is btw also accessible via the reception), they immediately charged us extra. When we wanted to explain this situation, the person at the reception immediately threatened us by calling the police if we didn't pay. Also in full presence of our family and other visitors this is an absolute disgrace and reason to discourage anyone to visit this place!!! Also the lack of languages other than German by the staff as well as the written signs makes the whole experience unclear for tourists, so some understanding of the staff would be the least gesture one can expect.

A sauna visit of a special kind. I have known the baths and the sauna for many years. For personal reasons, however, I have not been to Oberstaufen for a long time. The sauna area has become fantastic. Unfortunately, however, there is no longer any emphasis on quiet during the infusion when the "infusion person" is working as an entertainer or animator, loudly encouraging people or singing. Everyone is talking or shouting along loudly. Of course, this does not help with relaxation, which is what I would like. There are people who also have a stressful job and want to relax.

We went to the SAUNA in Aquaria on the recommendation of friends, who had already pointed out that it could be a bit louder inside.
"A bit louder" was unfortunately a bit of an understatement. The areas are on different floors, but are not structurally separated by walls or glass fronts, for example, which means that the extreme noise level from the water park penetrates unfiltered into the sauna area. Simply annoying.
The outside area is great and quiet, but it can't make up for the chaos inside by a long shot. There's also no proper pool.
I can't recommend it to anyone who expects relaxation and peace in the sauna.

I think the pool is really nice but the food is just terrible... Where they used to offer salad, they now only serve sweets and it's so bad that there is a discussion with the children about why they don't get it...
The dish of the day has been the same for weeks... the prices are completely out of proportion to the quality! Everything is fried and frozen... nothing fresh... this is the pool food of the day before yesterday

Extremely expensive for families. In the restaurant we had to wait 30 minutes for fries for our kids. We didn't get any time credit or an apology.

The pool is included in the Oberstaufenplus card and is therefore a good way to pass the time, especially when the weather is bad. Otherwise, I think the €56 for the 4-hour family card is a bit too expensive.
The swimming area in the pool is very small and only has 1-2 short lanes. Otherwise, there is a lot on offer. A 100-meter-long slide, a diving area with a 3 and 5-meter tower, 2 outdoor pools, a children's area, a large bubble bath and the normal swimming area. The 4 hours will not be boring.
There is also a restaurant area with a fairly large selection.

We were there today. The outdoor sauna is beautiful, modern and well-maintained and has a really great view.
I wanted to swim a few laps in the pool. But there is only a very small area for swimming laps, and there were 2 or 3 athletes in it, so the lane was full. The rest of the pool was really busy with teenagers and children. If you go there with children, I think it's suitable.
The indoor pool is loud, busy and smells of chips. If you sit one floor up in the meditation sauna, you can still hear the pool below because it's open at the top.
Swimming as an adult was more of a #fail.
I didn't find the changing room inviting or clean.
The saltwater pool outside was also a #fail. A small pool and very full. And too cold for me.
I wouldn't go back.
