We looked at the price for several days and it was consistent. Since we wanted to be flexible due to illness, we booked only the day before and lo and behold, although the number of beds was pretty much the same as before, the entrance fee is a floppy 10 € more for 2 adults and a double bed instead of 8 € 10 €. It makes you wonder why the loungers suddenly become more expensive - are there extra blankets?
For what the bathing paradise Black Forest has to offer, I find the price too expensive. Also available on site (food, massage, ...).
And quite frankly - the price dynamics are bold. Because I've never seen it get cheaper - there's always only the direction up.

Basically it is a large heated pool where you can relax, in an environment decorated with palm trees. There are also some additional pools but little stuff. I didn't really like the pool bar area where you can drink beer at will.
I recommend coming during the week where only children up to 3 years and 16 years and older are allowed. With the same ticket you can access the galaxy area, where everyone has access and there is a wave pool as well as several slides (and here it is completely another world).
The 4 hours of entry flew by at the end, with our 3 year old having access to both areas, but I still found the total price quite expensive.

It used to be beautiful now it's the horror.
Totally crowded even in the palm oasis and the loungers are occupied several times, you sometimes get no seats.
At midday, a lot of people couldn't sit because there was no room available, they had to eat on the floor.
The cocktail used to taste good now gruesome. There were also some standing at the bar undrunk.
In the palm oasis it was no longer quiet as before but loud.
I'll never go there again has gotten bad.
The slides are partly leaking and drops on chairs. It looks run-down by now and the food doesn't taste good anymore either. Too bad we liked to go earlier.

This opinion only concerns the massage offer.
I tested a 25 min back to candle massage and really very disappointing. Abrupt man, non-relaxing massage, all in an atmosphere far from zen. The noise of the water park is heard and the music is similar to basic variety.
The price is not at all related to the service.
The rest of our visit to the Vital Palace was perfect.

I was in the Galaxy with my son yesterday. I find this a cheekiness that some employees have ridiculed and laughed at me for my appearance. I'm a customer like everyone else. Just because I don't look so good doesn't give the staff the right to put down a guest. Never again. Even the food is not special. Water too cold . Wave pool much too small.

Venus Lounge has been made accessible to all. Thus, the last wellness area for women in the vicinity is history. The lady could not give an explanation for this at the checkout, nor was it reported on the Internet.
I wonder, isn't the Palais Vital enough as a mixed area? Where can I as a woman still relax undisturbed in the Black Forest? Do the men really have to take the last little corner?

The children got off on their feet, the parents a little less, because there is not much slide and the tour is quickly done. However it is paradise for children. We regret the freshness of the water and air. Top organization and pretty clean place.
Book online the days before, you will pay less than there.

Had a fantastic day here in Palais Vital after hiking in Titisee.
Great facilities and choice of pools, saunas etc (though only one small dampfbad which i thought a bit odd).
Staff were great and spoke enough english for me to understand what was going on.
The area is extensive and one of the nice things is it's adults only in the Palais Vital area.
The unreserved loungers are upstairs and in the area next to the outside pool. There was always one available for us when required.
It's a 10 minute walk to the train station and then 40 minutes to Freiberg (which we also liked a lot).
Give it a try if you're in the area and looking for relaxation !

Family with 2 teenagers (11 and 14 years old) orders tickets online. Place of impeccable cleanliness and top organization, everything is well explained! The pipes in the galaxy are very varied and will suit all ages, on weekends access to the palm oasis allows to pass from one to the other through a turnstile.
Tip... if possible book one or more deckchairs in the galaxy part, they are away and allow to rest in silence.
The food is fine.
In short a great day spent in this park, thanks to the German neighbors for offering us this kind of place

Hello
yes, you can borrow everything there from towels to bikinis. But I do not think that it is worth to go there with such a little child. There are too many people, you always have to watch that no body is pushing her and you can not use most of the facilities there. If you still want to go, choose a day, when the weather is great and within the week (Tuesday to Thursday), not at the weekend. Then it is a little less crowded, especially if you go as early as possible.
