Lake Forggensee is always worth a visit. On nice days little parking. For bathing and hiking, sailing.

Beautiful scenery, lots of lakes, beautiful hiking trails. Very welcoming the Allgäu, good cuisine. Lots of sights, something for everyone.

Forggensee is a wonderful piece of nature. The waters, the trees, the views, it felt so peaceful sitting here! You can also walk around the lake. It took about 80 minutes in total, depending on whether you walk slow or fast of course. Overall a wonderful place to get a clear mind.

Schwangau is situated between the mountains and the lake. I thought it was magical. Typically alpine with wooden chalets and waiters in traditional clothing. Lots of great walks, swimming, castles to see and super restaurants. Best holiday I have had in years. An easy drive from Munich.

Een fraaie en rustgevende omgeving waar je heerlijk op een bankje kan genieten van het uitzicht.
Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid waarbij je het eerste uur gratis mag parkeren. Rond 11 toen wij er waren is er nog weinig bedrijvigheid en niet veel te doen alleen de rust.

Der See wird im Winter immer abgelassen, im Sommer aber schön mit Uferwegen, Baden und Segeln. Motorboote nicht erlaubt, es gibt aber ein Ausflugsschiff.

Large clear lake with lots of facilities around it. We stayed in Fussen & could acces the lake from the shore near our hotel. There are bathing areas & boating areas & walks around the lake.

Der Foggensee am Morgen, während die Sonne den nächtlichen Schatten auf dem See langsam erhellt und am Ufer den Tau trocknet. Der Foggensee am Mittag, wo kleine Strände zum erfrischenden Planschen einladen und Bänke zum Verharren und um dem bunten Lichtspiel des Sees zu folgen. Ich war da (mit dem Rad auf der Via Claudia Augusta Radroute) und staunte nur.

Ciao! Pensate che i primi di Settembre sia un buon periodo per godersi il lago e i paesaggi? Le previsioni danno temperatura media sui 15 gradi e ogni tanto pioggerellina... Pensavo di rimandare all'estate ma anche a Luglio sembra ci siano queste temperature... Oltre alla visita dei castelli votrei godermi un po' di passeggiate nella natura...Voi quando siete andati? Grazie!
