This would be a nice place to be for Art Nouveau lovers. About 1 hour far from Frankfurt by public transport, conveniently located very close to the railway station. IMPORTANT - Please consider it should be closed over the next 4 years, until 2026 (this is what I was told on 8th July 2022). This means you cannot access any part of the complex, not only the baths. Access to the WHOLE site is not allowed.

Im Rahmen einer 2stündigen Stadtführung kamen wir auch hierher und erfuhren Interessantes über diese historische, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Empfehlenswerter Besuch!

Wer Bad Nauheim besucht muss im Sprudelhof vorbeischauen. In dieser großen Jugendstil Anlage finden ganzjährig immer wieder schöne Feste statt. Freuen wir uns besonders die Fertigstellung der Therme und ein quasi Ende von Corona.

My grandfather, Josef Roessler, was a stone mason and was instrumental in the carving of the original figures that adorn the fountains. I believe they had to be restored years ago. We are very proud of his contribution to Bad Nauheim among other efforts in the political arena he made many years ago.

Wir hatten einen Termin in Bad Nauheim in der wir vorher noch nie waren und machten noch einen Spaziergang durch diese nette Stadt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Park und die Kuranlage. Ich wusste garnicht, dass wir quasi "um die Ecke" solch eine Perle des Jugendstils in Hessen haben.

Ich habe von Architektur keine Ahnung, aber dieses Ensemble gefällt mir einfach jedes mal aufs neue. Man kann die Gebäude und den Brunnen einfach nur geniessen und kommt sofort runter.

This unique courtyard complex is recognized as the largest center of Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) in Germany. Unfortunately not all parts can be visited any more, but the events held there are always worth a visit. Adjacent to a park with lakes it is a perfect place for relaxing and recreation.

Als Einheimischer kann ich sagen, dass der Sprudelhof sicherlich eines (wenn nicht das) Wahrzeichen von Bad Nauheim ist. Besonders zum Weinfest, Weihnachtsmarkt und Flohmärkten beliebt.

Das Wahrzeichen in Bad Nauheim. Als Einheimischer kann ich jedem eine Führung durch den Sprudelhof empfehlen. Absolutes muss. Die verborgenen Gänge die Heilbäder und Gärten sind super interessant.
Im Herbst das Weinfest und im Winter der Weihnachtsmarkt sind 2 Feste im Sprudelhof!

We liked Bad Neuheim. Despite a rather crisp 2 January it has a good feel. Our principal reason for visiting was the Elvis connection but there is also the large amount of open parkland, the town itself and a very helpful tourist information centre to consider.
It was only in the final stages of our walk, searching for some 'facilities' before departure that we were led to Sprudelhof. The facilities themselves were of a superior kind, well looked after. The Sprudelhof spa buildings are of the same ilk with the centerpiece being the thermal spring fountain and pools - steaming on such a cold day. Stroll and enjoy.
