Not thrilled with the baths: small for the number of people accommodated and few places with bubbles to relax. On the other hand, the SPA area is beautiful with several saunas and a hammam. The Aufguss rituals are very well done in a very large sauna with appropriate music and lights. A lot of people. Go there several minutes before the ceremony begins. 2 rest rooms. Very nice relaxation area in the middle of the SPA area. Smiling and helpful staff. Negative point: excessive price compared to other thermal baths in Switzerland which is not justified.

Arrived by chance on Easter Sunday around 12 p.m. and no wait.
The baths were average with a nice Rocks and marble ambiance. The massage jets inside are the best I have experienced.
Lots of children but not bothersome at all.
The sauna area is super pleasant and very aesthetic with a pond in the center of the "village" complex and deck chairs where you can relax outside in the sun. Impeccably clean.
I really liked the Aufguss ceremonies. :-)
The design and the saunas are very stylish too.
We had a very pleasant and enthusiastic afternoon.
Quite excessive price compared to properties in Baden (north of Zurich) for example.

Very relaxing with various bad and temperatures. Has indoor and outdoor pools. Sauna can be used and is included in the price. Snacks and drinks can be purchased. There are also resting areas which can be used.

I had been here 8 years ago in the summer and found the experience interestingly mild; it was nice to have repeated it years later, though nothing at all changed.
Parking for 2 hours costs surprisingly only CHF3, yet the entrance fee to the thermal baths for 2 hours costs now CHF33. For any extended hour, CHF4 are charged, so it's better to get a day-pass for CHF50, isn't it?
Make sure to pack your swimwear, buying a new item here may easily cost you CHF120 (full price)! Also, if choosing to wear shorts, no underwear underneath, or else you shall be kindly invited out.
Lockers have enough room but miss a hanger and a shelf for phone/keys/glasses. Changing stalls are roomy enough and make sure not to forget anything there. By the way, they are mixed (male and female).
Once up the stairs, a cleansing shower is mandatory before dipping in one of the many pools with different temperatures, ranging between 17º and 39°. The large pool outdoors has 34° and is perfect for larger strolls.
A warm blanket is offered as you leave, so one can get dry and dressed up again.
For a couple of hours' relaxation, it is quite a pleasant experience a driving hour away from Zurich, depending on traffic.

Absolute hassle plan: 2 hours of waiting, we end up getting discouraged by the crowds. It's not for lack of not having tried to gather information in advance:
- but the website broadcasts a soothing chatter about relaxation, without in any way explaining the modalities. In reality, there is on one side the hotel, with its own thermal baths, indoor (the most beautiful) but not external, and the Tamina thermal baths, in the same building but independent, and only external. The former are much more expensive than the latter. Both are actually inaccessible, one because of an infinite queue, the other because there are no more tickets for sale.
- during my phone call to prepare for my visit, I was told that it was not necessary to book. I still tried, but the reservation system does not work ("bad request" regardless of the service selected).
Management lets customers queue for hours without coming to meet them with the slightest explanation. However, given the complexity of this system of separation between hotel and terms, each with their separate baths, their different prices, their infinite queue or their sold out tickets, this seems to be the least we can do.
In short, a wasted day due to lack of clear information on the website or by telephone, due to management leaving the customer in the lurch and having obviously never put themselves in their place. A shame for Switzerland where is usually so well thought out!

Very scenic spa but expensive in relation to the services offered and compared to other Swiss establishments. Two hours too little for those who also use the sauna area. The bathrooms have few attractions, the number of hydromassages is low, and there is no salt water pool. The rituals are only explained in Swiss German and not also in English. Some areas also require maintenance. Cost for three people for three hours of bath + sauna 198 Francs. Toll parking.

Half a beautiful experience.
Single day cost 64 francs.
To have a shared changing room (Italian municipal swimming pool style) and little to no amenities
The place is beautiful and very suggestive and characteristic
Too many people on Saturdays, if I pay 64 francs I don't expect to be in a swimming pool with 200 other people
Staff a little too aggressive and stalkerish
You can't even take your phone out in the break area because they attack you before you even unlock it
I understand privacy but if I had a child at home who was sick or I wanted to send a message to my wife, mother I couldn't do it for hours and hours as there is no connection even in the changing rooms

Cleanliness at the top! No traces of mold this evening on the wall or ceiling inside the term, for an ultra humid place, hats off. (The filtration of humid air must be super efficient and maintained I think of course)
The welcome is also good, the offer of several pools of several different temperatures allows everyone to find a pool in which to stay longer

Sehr schönes Ambiente, ruhige Athmosphäre.
Zu Stosszeiten teilweise Wartezeiten an der Kasse sowie eher voll in den kleiner Becken.
Schöne Aussenpoolanlage, gepflegte Liegewiese.
Eine Bar, Verpflegung im Aussenbereich wäre im Sommer toll.

Les gorges de Tamina à voir et revoir le jour et à partir de 18h avec les illuminations "fantastique", suivi de l'eau à 36,5°à Bad Ragaz, un délice, la journée passée dans un cadre magnifique.

Il costo per il fine settimana varia da 19 a 22 Chf a seconda che si stia entro le 2 o le 4 ore di permanenza. Per chi, come me, ha passato i 62 da un pezzo c'è lo sconto "senior" del 10%.

Kinder unter 3 Jahren haben keinen Zutritt (ausgenommen zu den Babyschwimmkursen)
Kinder unter 12 Jahren haben keinen Zutritt zur Saunalandschaft.
Jugendliche von 12 bis 16 Jahren haben nur in Begleitung einer erwachsenen Person Zutritt zur Saunalandschaft.
