Walk was thrilling , but Easy peasy . It was the number of skiers that were there, skiing on the slopes, that astonished me more.

They are very deceptive with what ski runs will be open. In the morning they list many runs including the best run “black wall” as “in preparation” but this is in fact a ruse to trick people into going. The good areas rarely open. I have gone 3 separate times and the same thing happen each time

Really fun day when accessing as a pedestrian. Got im early and had the peak walk practically to ourselves, freezing cold at thst time but views eere great (much better than when we returned in afternoon). Did the full glacier walk which also had many excellent views. Sledding hill not overly intense but fun. Glad I did the dog sleds though at same time can say it’s a rip off (probably 2 minutes of ride time). Restaurant on 3rd floor was well organized and efficient given the Saturday lunch rush. I saw lots of reviews criticizing the quality of skiing but I must say there were plenty of Swiss patrons hitting the slopes

The station was closed due to the bad weather and vcs did not warn us.
We woke up at 4:00 p.m. for the tour and arriving there we were informed that all partners were warned and that vcs should be alerted, we lost the whole day...
We need to know how compensation works...
I await an urgent return!

Contact by phone not possible, very hard to have someone on the phone. Additionally on the website in the nicest weather Peak Walk = CLOSED, either the website is not up to date or is very poorly maintained.

Regular in the neighborhood because staying at the hotel 2 nights a week near Boulevard Pereire, and generally dining in Italian restaurants nearby, I wanted to try this address which externally seemed attractive. I definitely wanted to take a Milanese schnitzel. And what a disappointment, see scam for 25 Euros!! A child's portion for pasta, a tiny dry schnitzel, no meat taste, reduced to a breadcrumb almost and difficult to eat, certainly thawed given the taste and appearance. So not full and not good! On my way back to the hotel, I was "disposed" after this meal. Frankly, I don't even understand how anyone dared to deliver this dish to me. I sometimes take at lunch, a ready-made supermarket-branded meal of the same type (Milanese pasta schnitzel with tomato sauce), and it's a thousand times better and it costs ten times less...it's a delight! Frankly, if you want to eat Italian well, there are other restaurants right next door that respect the customer!

We paid €191 for this experience, €150 on transport and wasted a full day of our holiday as we got here and it was closed. We selected the correct day and Date and it let us pay for it even though it is anyways closed on this day. There is also nothing else to do in this area other than the glacier 3000. Awful experience and really upset us as we aren’t here for long.

This is an amazing experience! It was beautiful and breathtaking. The service was straightforward and easy. It is weather dependent but worth the risk. Dress warm. Wonderful!

Access to glacier 3000 is from the Butterfly Pass below. It is accessible either by hiking or by gondola at a cost of 85 CHF round trip per person. There's a Check-out every 20 minutes.
The gondola stops for the first time at the Cabin where you will have to take a second gondola to get to the glacier. The Award includes the peak walk by Tissot, a metal walkway stretched between two peaks, inaugurated in 2014. The view of the Alpine peaks is breathtaking with, among others (and in good weather, of course) the Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, the Dent Blanche.
From the top, it is possible to descend the summer luge course on rails. Count 9 CHF downhill. Find out about the weather.
A chairlift will take you down the glacier (included in the ticket) and then to the Devil's Key. Allow at least 30 minutes to get there, especially if the ice is soft. There, a breathtaking view of the valley, the surrounding peaks, the lakes and dams below.
Possibility of sledging, free on the side. You can even go down to the small lake from the snowmelt (!). Provide hiking shoes, a fleece jacket if you fear the cold and especially glasses and sunscreen even at 3000 meters altitude!
Welcoming and smiling staff. Allow at least half a day.

Hi
I see that Glacier 3000 is dog friendly.
Our dogs are ok on a cable car but we don’t fancy holding them on a chair lift. Would worry too much. Do you have to take a chair lift to get to where all the activities are like the suspension bridge walk etc or does the cable car get you to everything.
