This company ( Ben ) is a scam they do not repay security deposit beware of it. The car was great trip was good but being scammed of $2000 has left us broken.

I traveled from Singapore to Melbourne in April 2023 . I wanted to do a great ocean road drive in a good car so I rented Mini Cooper from unique car rentals . After returning the car it’s been more than 40 days they have not returned my security deposit . The guy name is Benny I have contacted him several
Times and the company email still no response they are just trying to dodge and avoid me paying the money . I will be taking up this batter with legal and consumer protection authorities .
Strongly this company is a big scam and fraud .

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CROOK!!! BENNY WILL TAKE YOUR BOND MONEY AND NOT RETURN IT!!!! THE CARS ARE IN TERRIBLE CONDITION!!! we have contacted over and over for nearly two months to get our $5000 bond back and he has made nothing but excuses from bank issues to accounting problems even promised an immediate deposit if we gave him our bank details STILL HASNT GIVEN OUR MONEY BACK!!! Taking legal steps to recover our money now

Our son and his friends hired a Nissan GTR with driver from Unique Car Rentals to go to their formal. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough - prompt and efficient and so welcoming when the boys arrived and wanted to check out the garage full of fabulous cars! Also got free advice on defensive driving courses and fun laps at Sandown. The driver allowed other friends to have photos with the car outside the formal and my son loved the whole experience. Thank you!

The owner is a straight forward reasonable and reliable person. We had a great time. Ticked the Ferrari off the bucket list. If you have ever thought about renting a supercar, this is the organization to rent from. Got my deposit back. No worries at all. This guy loves cars and sharing his love with genuine customers.

Words cannot describe the disappointment on hiring a Ferrari 458 for arguably a trip of a lifetime to Tasmania.
The Ferrari was delivered and, cosmetically looked great. Then in Tasmania, discovered I was driving an illegal car! I found 3 major faults...the horn wasn’t working, one of the rear number plate lights wasn’t working and part of the front number plate was secured to the car by tape & inevitably, came loose & was just short of touching the floor! Class!!
Not good when you consider the premium rental rate I paid for what I thought would be a Super Car...
The reaction of Unique Rentals....we will mention it to their Engineer & took off a small sum from the excess mileage charge!
If you want to hire an illegal Super Car, go to Unique Car rentals!

This was a fantastic experience. The cars were amazing and a blast to drive. Excellent customer service and very professional staff who were a pleasure to deal with from initial inquiries, to booking and all the way through to the day itself.
Getting behind the wheel of one of these vehicles is a definite must if you are a car enthusiast. Highly recommend the "Drive Day" experience due to being able to experience 3 different cars in the one day.
The cars were stunning, couldn't fault any aspect of the day. Lunch was perfect and the Yarra Valley was great to drive these cars around.

We did a week in Tassie and rented the McLaren 570 & Lamborghini Hurican. The cars were amazing, great condition, clean and we all had a blast. From start to end, Rob and Benny were awesome, to the point of me stuffing up the dates and them bringing the cars a day earlier to accommodate our group. There was no issue with the security deposit. If you are looking at renting an exotic car, these are the guys. Great cars, no Hassles.

Couldn't have asked for a better day! Walked away feeling incredibly awed but also entirely satisfied that we really got the most out of the day. It was so much better than we imagined....and we were expecting great things!
Huge props to the guys, everything was organised so incredibly well. Perfect mix of the different kinds of drives to really get the full experience and full potential of each car....the cars chosen were spot on! And the lunch was incredible, definitely no skimping on costs there!
Special thank you to Rob for being an excellent host and for organizing all the accommodation and any extras for my partner's birthday - check in and check out was entirely stress-free and seamless.
Couldn't more highly recommend it, definitely one for the books! Bucket-list material right here !!

Rob was a fabulous host, cars were clean and awesome, lunch was delicious. The Yarra Valley was tremendous. Highly recommend and thank you :-)
