Kids had fun but didn’t have all the activities of other bounce locations we have been too.
Also found the ball pit dirty and had little items in their my daughter could have chocked on.

When I couldn’t get the online booking to work, I phoned and was greeted with efficient and friendly (young sounding) staff who efficiently booked for me and emailed receipt. This efficient, kind and friendly service continued when we arrived at the venue. Supervision of the active play was efficient and all staff I witnessed were thoughtful and appropriate in their interactions with kids, teenagers and adults. A slick operation!

Bounce, Blackburn North. My 12 y.o, grand daughter was so excited to be coming to Bounce & she enjoyed herself immensely. Floor staff very watchful & helpful especially to the little ones. Great viewing from floor above. Hope to be coming back before long. Thank you everyone.

Pierce was the host for our daughters 10th
Birthday. He was outstanding!!! Another female staff member also let our 2 year old God daughter participate too. This was very kind and was much appreciated! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience. You are the best!!!

we love the Blackburn north BOUNCE -My kids love dodge ball and the dodgeball area is open all day -We allways book the 2 hour session because they love it that much -there 13 year olds and need a place to exert energy . Thanks bounce for providing a great place for kids

The staff at this venue are always attentive, friendly and professional. They are brilliant with kids especially during classes. My 9 year old loves coming here.

If zero stars was an option t hats what I'd chose. My daughter and friend attended a session here on Sunday 21/03/21, there were so many young children here that the ONLY use they got out of ANY of the equipment was the XPark. Everytime the lined up then got into the Performace Centre they didnt actually get to go on any of the trampolines. The staff were rude and looked annoyed and bored and had zero customer service skills. Waste of a 1 hour drive to get there and the cost for the session for 2 people. I emailed their customer support the next day and received a blow off condescending email back 3 days later. SPRINGLOADED AT BANORA IS BETTER VALUE, HAS STAFF THAT ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE THEY NOT ONLY LIKE THEIR JOB BUT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WORTH THE EXTRA 20 MIN DRIVE TO GO WHERE YOU ARE ACTUALLY MADE TO FEEL WELCOME.

We found that there was plenty of well trained and friendly staff around to assist and explain stuff, as well as guide the kids when needed.

Kids loved it.
It wasn't too busy
The staff helped our kids learn how to do things and seemed genuinely happy to interact with them.

Kids had a ball at Bounce Blackburn. Plenty of trampolines. Staff interacted with the kids. Very attentive. My 6,7 & 11yr old grandkids wanted to stay for another hour! Clean eating area. Will definitely go back there.
