All sorts of straw and paper art from around the world, you'd never believe what people can do with these materials, and shown round by the lovely lady who has made a lot of the exhibits. No entry fee but she is grateful for donations. It is out of the way but find it by turning right off the A140 Cromer Rd where it is signed Hanworh Timber Co, follow the road to the right in front of the Park gates and then following the hand painted sign (1st turning right) down a narrow lane. Well worth a visit.

This museum and all things related to straw work is a labour of love for the curator/owner. It is a little tucked away but just follow the signs from Colby village, near to Blickling Hall (National Trust). Like its owner it is a charming informative place. There are exhibits from all over the world and you can even have a lesson and make something for yourself. If you thought straw work meant just Corn Dollies: think again. Lovely for all ages and its FREE.

If you think Straw means corn dollies think again! This place is an eye opener with examples of straw lace( used on Princess Margaret's wedding dress) doors( magnificent ones in Russia and USA) and a thousand other product. Tour by very knowledgeable lady. Very interesting.
