Decided to drop by the park during the early morning dusk to catch the sunrise. There were plenty of fishing boats by the lighthouse doing their daily catch. It was a decent walk from the lighthouse to the bridge, where there were additional fisherman fishing there as well.

This is a very nice park to get your exercise done at. It’s clean, well maintained, and also not very crowded, which is not surprising given the Sarnia area is not a very populated area of Ontario. (I’m sure this park is more busy in the summer, though, but probably not too overwhelming.) Although I visited in the winter, I was still very impressed by how clear the water was. Definitely something that can be hard to come across at times! The park also of course provides nice views of the Blue Water Bridge, a bridge connecting Canada to the US. The big plus: FREE PARKING! It is not everywhere that you can find this at a park like Waterfront Park. Because I do not live in the Sarnia area, I probably will not be back for a while, but I definitely recommend checking out this lovely park if passing through the area. It will serve as a nice pit stop especially if embarking on a long road trip.

Our first stop when we got to Sarnia. We were up close to the water, nice walkways. Loved watching the Rainbow Trout at the Hatchery. It was a cool and windy day, but it did not stop us from having a nice walk.

What a perfect place for a park. You can't get a much better view. There are plenty of places to sit and eat or relax. The restrooms were fairly clean. We visited a few times for an evening stroll.

While there are some great views at this park, there is little to do besides walk around if you are more than 10 years old. Also, if you drive from the US to get there, the return is a pain.

Great place for an evening stroll, easy to find, just go under the big bridges! We definitely enjoyed the breeze and water here. Very relaxed, no one appeared to be loud or obnoxious.

This is a beautiful waterfront park with gardens and paved walkways waterside on the St Clair River overlooking the US Port Huron. It pretty much goes from the Casino, under the Bluewater Bridge and around the mouth of the river to Canatara Park with great urban beach. I would be concerned about undertows here. They have plenty of benches and tables as well.

A place for everyone.
Just sit back and relax.
Take a walk
Enjoy chips in food trucks
Anything that you like. Good for all ages. Cool and calm place with good views of blue water bridge above, passing ships and Hugh lakefront.
Do spend couple of hours here. Free parking.

Beautiful place to visit. People are friendly, lovely walkway. Visit not complete unless you stop at Albert's for fries, or take the kids to the Splashpad, park or fish hatchery

I hate this place. It was too cold for me. I came to swim and I nearly froze. Too cold. I tried to jump off of the bridge to increase my experience, but that didn’t help.
