The final deal became much more expensive that we agreed online. You don't need this kind of companies between you and the rental, better to go straight to the car rental companies. You can make a. much better deal with them.

This is the worst rental company ever. The worst customer experience ever. I will never rent a car from Thrifty again. Stay far away from this company. I have emailed-no response. I called, no one answers. The car I rented had a terrible shake to it at any speed over 65 and made noise. The car smelled of cigarettes and weed coming from the AC vents as soon as it was started. Missing interior body panel pieces on the door and a car remote that worked only half the time. Stay away from Thrifty

The flight was delayed, they closed the car agency that they had hired... I called them several times and they did not answer my call..Then .cancelled the Reservation, having not been able to take the car due to the flight delay.. Therefore, I had to pay for a night stay at the airport in addition, to keep the part of the Reservation that I had paid at the time of the contract 140 E.

Take this seriously, avoid this company...at least here in Orlando. Refusing their insurance will cost you the reservation. Their Agents are trained to hammer you and even debate with customers on selling you their insurance. He even got his manager involved. Cost me roughly 20 minutes total then refused my reservation ...based on my Driver license having a small crack on it the size of a mustard seed (where did that come from). That's what happen people....a 20 minute refusal to purchase their insurance (I had my own) and manager decides your license is damaged, sorry get lost.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Manager was horrible. Left our family of 7 stranded for 12 hours. All our babies were stuck in the Texas heat for all that time. Without food or water and about 8 employees just walked past us and didn’t care at all.

Avoid Thrifty at MCO - they have a bad actor there. Read the reviews. They said the card reader was broken, then re-ran it without me seeing what was changed; they just handed me the receipt. Had an extra 279 on it, which the guy said was an account hold. I shouldve asked cause there was already a hold of $500. $279 added up to the tolls, insurance, and roadside upgrades - all I said I declined. Avoid it.

I rented the car through CarFlexi, got to Sixt at the Airport, and they refused to take my Wise Card. That same card was good enough to pay the 201 EUR fee to CarFlexi for the service. They now refuse to pay the money back even though I had to go to Avis to get another rental.

Noleggiare car rental at Bari airport: Car picked up at midnight in dimly lit parking lot. When returning, immediately noted scratches on the bottom of the left bumper. It was striking that they walked straight there. Damage 100 euros. Now read this more often in reviews of this company. Boredom staff were leaning against rental cars. We have rented cars before, but never experienced this. So never rent a car there!!!!!

I have rented cars at Drivalia car rental at Alicante Airport several times. Booking via the website is very easy and it is clear what you will pay. If you choose the full coverage, there are no problems if there's a scratch on the car. Arriving at the Airport you go to level -2 and the bus who will bring you to the car rental is easy to find (if you follow their directions). The driver is friendly and polite. The employees the Drivalia car rental are very friendly and helpful as well. Collecting the car is very easy and quick. You can even (sometimes) choose which car you would prefer. Dropping off the car (collecting full and delivering full) is very easy as well. They just check the car quickly and you're ready to go. I advise everyone to rent the car here.

I was not able to rent the car at the airport because of incomplete/misleading information they provided me in the booking confirmation email. They charged me 90 euros anyway and they did not refund me. My vacation was completely ruined due their very low quality of communication. Terrible!

Having rented from Thompson's several times before without issue, we inquired to availability and cost for our most recent trip. We rec'd their quote and agreed to their price. Upon picking up the vehicle, they charged us $300 over the amount of the agreed to cost. They claim they made a mistake in their quote and therefore we could either eat their mistake or turn the car back in. Not having the time to find another van on the island for our group, we kept the vehicle, BE WARNED, Thompson's may make a "mistake" in quoting you and changing the rate at the desk. No apologies were given, Bad attitude from all at Thompson's.
