My partner and I tried caving for the first time, and it was an amazing experience. Our guide (Steff), was very friendly, patient, and considerate. It was a very exciting half-day activity, and we might have a new hobby now 🙂.

I booked a half day of canyoning and half day of rock climbing for my brother's stag do and we had an awesome time! I can't recommend these guys highly enough - throughout the enquiry and booking process Steff and Phil were super helpful and put my mind at rest regarding the organisation of the day and how it all works. On the day, everything went super smoothly and our whole group loved every minute. The gear provided was top quality and there was always a focus on safety, but without compromising on fun and adventure. Steff & Phil went out of their way to take loads of pics for us - a great memento of the day and the scenery in the area was stunning. A must-do in South Wales!

A last minute enquiry worked out perfectly. From first contact Steff understood what we wanted and put a day together that included the activities we wanted. On the day it ran smoothly and my two late teen boys enjoyed every minute of the day. Safety was forefront but did not hinder their enjoyment in any way. A great day and we will be booking again.

Canyoning was really good fun and our guide Phil was very friendly and professional, he made sure we were all ok and gave good instructions. Would love to go again!

I did the orienteering course with a friend and we had Steffan as our instructor. The day was structured, informative and fun in some incredible scenery. Stefan was brilliant with a couple of ladies of a certain age who didn't have a clue and we certainly felt that we left with some very useful stills learnt in a very relaxed way over a most pleasant day. Great value for money and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn some new skills.

Steff took me and my daughter on our first ever caving outing. I was a bit concerned about feeling claustrophobic but my daughter was not! So Steff took us on a route that allowed her to do the crazy things while I could decide whether or not to skirt around the challenges. Steff gave me a little push at times and we both did much more than I thought we would. We are now both hooked and booking another trip in the summer!

Booked an individual climbing session for my grandson aged 14 ( with his grandfather) with Steffan. It was excellent - Steffan was a great teacher- My grandson learned a lot ( he has done some before), worked hard, achieved much and enjoyed the afternoon. It was great for his self confidence and he will definitely continue with this activity. We would come back to Wales specifically for Steffan

Gorge walking was fantastic fun and our guide Phil was amazing, really patient and got even the most nervous adventurer round. Only thing to note is no showers where you meet, so plan return car journey accordingly.

Drock was a fab guide for our gorge-walking session. He led a group of us for a fun session, not only making the most of some adrenaline enducing jumps for those of us that wanted that (plenty of encouragement but no problem if you wanted to do an alternative), his enthusiam for the area and extra stories made it a proper day out. It was all v easy to book with Hawk, and very friendly process to sort the trip for a group of 5.

Another awesome day of caving and canyoning with Steff and Hawk Adventures, cant recommend them highly enough!! We had a private event for just the three of us and Steff managed to give it just the right amount of adrenaline (balanced with safety).
We will absolutely be back for more.....
