A very professional and friendly service. The vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable, while the driver (Matt) was particularly helpful with luggage as we are both elderly. We will definitely use the service again.

I recently (July 2023) used the company to transfer my luggage between hotels on the Offas Dyke Path between Clun and Montgomery, then Mongomery and Welshpool. When a train strike disrupted our plans they were great at re-arranging to do a bag hangover to us at a specific time at Welshpool railway station. A very friendly, professional and reliable service. I would happily use them again for luggage transfer as far north as Llangollen on the Offas Dyke path

We have now used this company twice (the latest being November and December 2015) when they collected us from home and took us to Manchester Airport and collected us two weeks later and returned us home. We previously used them to take us to Birmingham Airport and return in November 2014.
On both occasions they have been very prompt and reliable. They have provided us with an excellent level of service. In December 2015 we were delayed on our return by the non arrival of one of our bags and we were the very last people to leave the baggage area and our collection driver was still waiting patiently for us in the terminal.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for their friendliness and very high level of service and professionalism.
