This is our 4th visit to the park and 3rd time staying in a lodge. We had a hot tub this time and we were very comforted to find that was checked each day.
Grounds and facilities were excellent. Lodge was thoroughly cleaned with everything we could wish for including washing machine and dishwasher.
We had such a great time we have booked again for the summer holiday. Looking forward to it already.

We’ve been visitors to Croft for many years 10yrs + and have seen its evolution.
The good bits … team front of house are responsive and helpful. The site itself offers a lot for families so there’s always something for everyone. The club house is clean and comfortable. The pods have recently been upgraded and it’s very welcome. They are comfortable and affordable. The bad bits… the shower blocks and toilets really let the place down. There’s not enough of them and need some serious investment to bring them up to their competitors. The sits seems to have outgrown its facilities.
There’s a distinct lack of staff presence on the site itself when it comes to monitoring large parties on the site particularly from day visitors. We encountered large groups where littering was a problem as well as off lead dogs. I know you get this on other sites but it’s just an observation that puts a dampener on things. Come on Croft, make the site great again not just mediocre

The site as a whole here is great. There's lots to do on the lake - swimming, boarding, pedalos, etc - a kids playground and a cafe/bar that serves good food at reasonable prices. Around the lake there's a mix of accommodation, from camping pitches to some classy looking cabins. Our kids had a blast.
As a campsite though, I was much less impressed. We stayed in the meadow, which I assume is an overflow area for holidays and weekends. It's a big field that was very busy when we stayed. But the only facilities in the field are a single tap and a temporary toilet block that got smellier as the weekend wore on. More toilets, showers, washing up, etc are available within the permanent buildings, which are a bit of a walk from the top of the field.
Nice place then, but I wouldn't camp in the meadow again. I'd give it 3 1/2 blobs if I could.

Love the new reception area and the Watersport guys didn’t disappoint fab as normal ,all areas on site clean and tidy from pitches to showers and toilets 5*
Disappointed by the club house we have stayed may times so to witnesses The staff show no enthusiasm more interested in gossiping or leaning on the counter was a shock . Food options are limited and over priced for the quality ,Tables dirty and staff just stood around I even had to ask for one to be cleaned so we could sit down . Staff on the bar look to young and defiantly not trained to pull a pint before .
Had a great experience last year but the atmosphere now is not friendly no enthusiasm with no customer care which is a shame as it’s always a bonus to have this sort of facility on an camp site .
Hoping it was just down to either lack of management or training .

Amazing lodges! They are equipped with everything you need. The welcome pack had all the essentials, and the lodges were decorated to a high standard. The cafe and bar serve food all day, so no need to leave the park. I went with a group of ladies and we all had an amazing time.

Amazing weekend stay. Lodge was modern, clean, spacious and luxury. Nice welcome pack to greet us. Food on site reasonable and delicious. Plenty of staff to help and make stay enjoyable. Already booked a return holiday!

Booked for a 3 day break as part of a rugby tour for my daughter, the accommodation was lovely with just the right amount of space to be comfortable, well stocked kitchen ment I was able to cook basic diners and breakfasts, the hot tub was hot and a lovely place to spend a few hours, location was great and the staff were all very friendly, would happily return again

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean and the little extra touches on arrival were very welcoming. Highly recommend, we had an amazing weekend.

Lovely Easter stay in White Oak. Absolutely fantastic lodge, warm, cozy, beautiful decor, amazing hot tub, stunning sunset views and a lovely welcome pack. Will defo return. Found the whole break incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Very friendly staff from Reception, maintenance man (who checked the hot tub daily) and Lakeside cafe staff.

We had a lovely stay at Croft Farm. We booked the Elm Lodge as it came with a hot tub which seated 2 people.
The lodge has been furnished to a very high standard and we loved the little extras of a small welcome hamper. It came with some Cereal, milk, bread, a couple of jams, crisps, a couple of chocolates and 2 small butters.
It had everything you need in the lodge and a lovely view of the lake where people were paddle boarding and wind surfing.
It was very quiet and peaceful when we were there.
There is a pub opposite the entrance too.
We had a nice Indian takeaway from Panche in Tewkesbury, but didn't check out any of the food venues recommended.
Check out was stated as 9 on the info provided, which is quite early, but when we arrived they said it was actually 10 o'clock.
You can extend to 2 o'clock for an additional £25.
We couldn't fault our stay at Croft Farm and we would definitely return as it would be even better in the s

Second time of asking but are you allowed to have a bbq on the lodge decking ?? I e mailed hoseasons s two weeks ago and Croft farm lodge two days ago and no response whatsoever

I don’t know the conclusive answer to this but the parking space for our lodge was made up gravel/hard standing so I would say that if permitted to bbq, this would be a safe bet as there is no fire/damage risk.

Yes. First thing in the morning and last thing in the evening the lake is very quiet. Best to wear a bright hat and tow bouy. I loved it. The water is beautifully warm. During the day the lake can get very very busy... but there are still lots of adults and kids playing in the water - I wouldn’t swim then though
