Prompt service from landing in Penang till departure day. Special thank you to guide Joanne and Arcas for constantly so on the ball to meet our needs. Great team work they have. Recommendations of accommodation at Jazz Suites and places of attraction / food by Katherine and Jazz are great. Driver Arcas's superb driving skills and always way ahead of us to cool down the car for our comfort is commendable. Would also like to specially mention that because of my love for chee Cheong fun, Joanne and Arcas specially took the time and effort to travel and wait (due to festive season) just to fulfil my tiny wish. Would definitely recommend First Home and this team to friends and family!
