Thank you Leo. We were very happy to have you and Tina as our first guests since "lockdown" and get back out in the water. Visibility was great and with almost no other tourists around the islands really felt like the 'Secret Gilis" they are named. We hope you will come back from Bali for another visit and we get the opportunity to take you out again.

We had a family of 6 and shared the boat with 2 other people. The host was amazing and experienced, she knew exactly which places to go and made sure we got the best value for money. We had a delicious lunch stopover on an island where the food was delicious and there was nobody else around, just the local cows having a stroll along the sand.

This was a trip I will always remember! Gemma is a wonderful guide. Her knowledge of marine life is superb. You snorkel in some of the most beautiful locations and she takes you to a wonderful little beach restaurant to eat. The whole day with her is just fabulous! I highly recommend this trip

Due to bad weather, our snorkeling trip wasn’t possible. Instead Gemma suggested a trip to some of the best beaches in south Lombok, which was great. We would highly recommend anyone to book a trip with her!

As someone who's been around most of Lombok it's always fantastic to see new places and meet new people! My partner and I heard about Gemma's snorkelling trips by word-of-mouth (generally the most reliable method). We were spending some time in Kuta, so thought it would be a great opportunity to explore "The Secret Gilis".
The whole day was amazing, with a highly personalised service. We got collected from our accommodation in the morning by Gemma, and drove to the small harbour of Tawun, where we met our boatman. To be honest I didn't know what to expect, but we had a private boat that even had seats on the roof!
Our first stop was Gili Nanguu, a small tropical island that has only a few bungalows on it. Gemma was an excellent snorkelling guide, pointing out many interesting fish, sea-anenomies, and coral. A personal highlight here was seeing some large Trevally.
After exploring Gili Nanggu for a couple of hours we had a short boat trip to Gili Sudak, where we had a nice lunch at a small Warung on the beach.
The third and final stop was Gili Kedis, a tiny uninhabited island that's recently become quite famous (I believe Kim Karashian came here a year ago). Despite its celebrity appeal, it was not busy. There were perhaps 10 people on the island, and a few little boats on the shores. We did a lap of the island, finding more interesting marine creatures and enjoying the beautiful surrounding land and seascapes.
It was around 5/6pm by the time we got back to Kuta, so it's very much a full day's snorkelling. My parter and I greatly enjoyed the experience, and will be recommending it to our friends and customers (we run a trekking company on the north of the island). One piece of advice we can give is to wear a rash vest or at least remember to apply sun-screan (preferably the non-toxic kind). My partner neglected her legs, and unfortunately got a bit burnt 😅. But apart from that it was a perfect day out. Oh, I almost forgot - Gemma also took a great deal of underwater photos, which she generously sorted after the trip, and shared with us via a Drive. I've attached a few (but I had to reduce the quality for ease of upload).

This was the second time I've been on this trip. It was just as nice the second time around. This time around my 5 year old was much more interested in snorkeling instead of just playing on the beach. Gemma picked us up from the Novotel and picked up one other family on the way. She times it so you are one of the first if not the first to the islands. It is timed in such a way that we were always a head of the crowd and moving on to the next island as more were arriving.
Lots of lovely fish life. Was hoping to see seahorses but wasn't to be . However we did get to see a turtle this time around.

Had a fantastic time initially not that interested as had done Scuba diving on Great Barrier Reef and thought snorkelling would not compare decided to go and had a full exhilarating day. I was collected on the way as I was staying near Mataram and taken to the spot to collect equipment. I was given a breakfast pack which I saved and came in handily after our first bit of snorkelling. As a first time person snorkelling I had everything explained to me Gemma and Suhap the captain of the boat could not have been more helpful they looked after me from start to finish carrying bags etc off boat at every stop helping with equipment to make sure I was using it correctly and Gemma had an amazing knowledge of the sea life explaining everything we saw and where to look out for certain species. Great trip and cheap will certainly do it again on my next visit

Expérience incroyable en compagnie de Gemma. C'est une excellente guide, passionnée par son métier. Elle connaît très bien la faune et la flore sous-marine des alentours. Elle nous a montré des merveilles à côté desquelles nous serions passé. Le capitaine est très sympathique et nous nous sommes senti en sécurité tout au long du snorkeling. Cerise sur le gâteau avec les photos souvenirs que Gemma à prises pendant l'excursion. Pour finir, elle a été très arrangeante en venant nous chercher et en nous déposant directement à notre hôtel.

You can not join a Kuta departure but I can arrange a Selong Belanak departure as long as a minimum of 2 pax and for a small supplement which is shared amongst the group/car. if I have advance warning I will try to get other bookings for the SB departure too. If you need more info please WA on +62818369950 as it is hit and miss if I see notifications on time on TA.
