It was a really fun session with excellent demonstrations and on-going help. Managed to make 3 pots (other people made more). A lovely birthday experience. NOTE: wear old clothes because you WILL get clay on them!

What a great set up to go and experience pottery making. Great teachers who explained everything in depth, helped you when you were struggling & offered encouragement all the way through. Me and my daughter really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this experience.

We did the 1.5 hour introductory workshop and loved it. It was really well organised, everyone had their own space with lots of clay provided as well as full equipment, and we were given clear instructions each step of the way. The owners gave us space to experiment, but were always there to help when needed. The pottery itself is a really warm and welcoming place. We will be back for more!

I loved this experience! It was so relaxing and restorative. The staff are wonderful and it really doesn't matter if you pick it up quickly or not.

Really great experience, fabulous instruction and very friendly and welcoming.
Went as a couple (birthday gift for me) and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. Really fun thing to do and it doesn't matter one bit if you are a bit rubbish (like me !). Managed to make 3 pots to take home, no photos just yet as planning to paint when dry.

The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Neither of us had ever tried a potters wheel before, but that wasn’t a problem at all.
Alan, who ran our session, was charming, endlessly helpful and made it look so easy. There was no limit to the amount of clay we could use and he gave it really clear instructions and lots of encouragement.
To my amazement, we both came home with half-presentable pots!
I would highly recommend this as a solo activity, or for couples or a family. We are already planning to go back and take our daughter and her husband.
