Went with 2 year old granddaughter . She had a great time playing . The place is well organised and very clean . Snacks and drinks are of good quality and reasonably priced . Great to have such a good place on our doorstep .

This place is amazing for parties and just a visit. Has lovely cafe for you to enjoy while children play on extensive climbing frames and slides. Fantastic staff and venue.

And I have been to plenty!
The play area is very large. Not as large as a Jump but far bigger than the average independent one. What makes this better than most though is that it's all quite straightforward to get around for the kids and there is a nice variety of items in it.
For adults it has a lovely cafe area which when we went is really nice and clean and doesn't stink of grease as they have actually invested in correct ventilation. It has plentiful comfy seating and all with a decent view of the play area.
I am told the coffee is excellent. Again they have invested in a decent coffee machine - understanding their audience!
The combo of an excellent and clean play area and an excellent and clean café with a good view of the play area means I can't really think of a better one I have been to.
If you would like to come and open one in Bristol I would take my 2 kids there regularly!

This place it not as good as it was 2 years ago, Still all the fun area for the kids,but the food has gone down hill so much i would not buy for their again.shame

My 2 younger kids love it......it has changed alot since we had been there so much better, staff all friendly and food was good and good price too.

Children can play and have fun thanks to the very big play area on more levels. We can't say the same for the food. Nothing special instead for the food. Just few choices and poor quality. Little bit better about doughnuts and pastries. Overall it's a good area and I would suggest to those parents that want to spend a different day with their children.

Went in past with 3 children after hearing it had reopened under new team. Well the play part is same as previous and kids loved it. I believe it opens as a chinese buffet restaurant but this was not on when we there early afternoon. The old reception desk is now what looked like a bar with all the bottles, etc removed. Cakes and doughnuts were all laid out trays and the 3 girls were rushed off their feet. We paid no sign in anymore so not sure how they can keep track on their numbers. So this means no time limit when busy. It was very busy when we visited as school holidays and was miserable weather. The tables were all occupied and alot of dirty plates, etc still on tables well after they were vacated. I did overhear disgruntled customer who had a party there who obviously wasn't happy with the place. Our visit was fine but did find the whole place a bit disorganised in general. Would visit again as kids love it as good play for both my kids as they differ in age by 6 years.

Took my 2 grandkids, 3 yrs and 17 months, they both had loads of fun , car park was almost full but there was loads of space for kids to play and tables to sit at. We had the buffet and there was loads of choice and decent quality.

This was a great place for children to enjoy safe play. I went their often with my grandson and frequently had our supper there. The food was very good and the staff were very pleasant.

As soft play areas go this one was pretty disappointing. On 2 levels but lot of same and not much exciting things to do. Also lots of older un supervised kids making life difficult for the younger (3, 4 and 5 so not toddlers!!) Ones. And as per usual the parents don't care or can not be bothered to check what their kids are doing
Visited the soft play at story book Glen last week and would recommend it long before this one!
Food etc looked fine although we didn't have anything, decided kids have more fun in a play park and left!
