A lifelong Disney fan, I came to the Disney store in Disney Village with my 7-year-old son last Wednesday morning. My son was repeatedly pushed around by an employee who filled the keychain cabinet with plastic bins on wheels. This person never considered it or apologized for shoving it. She was neither smiling nor friendly to the customers around her being more interested in her keychains. Quite unaccustomed to this kind of behavior, but very unhappy, I left without having time to look at her first name, but she had a kind of cat-ear headband and glasses.
I just wanted, if possible, someone to remind this lady that at Disneyland Bets she could cross paths with customers as well as children, so if she wasn't able to be friendly with customers, I suggest she change jobs.

Very welcoming and really warm staff (especially Pascal;) ), all the disney products in one store and this makes this blind really unique with its own charm! I highly recommend!!:)

Thanks to Pascal and Simoner for calling Disney Hotel so that we can have the exclusive figurine of the very nice hotel and we'll see you soon for new adventures and small purchases

A huge thank you to Elodie from the Disney store for this moment of listening and discussion with our son Noé, who is 4 years old and has Down syndrome. As soon as we arrived in the store, we entered the world of Toys Story , we come across a smiling and welcoming employee, and with whom strangely and very rarely, our son has been "connected". While chatting with us, she was very patient and very attentive to what our son wanted to share with her in relation to his passion for Woody and Buzz. This is why we wanted to thank her for her kindness towards Noah. Since we returned, he only talks about the meeting they have made for our next visit. Thank you very much Elodie

Hello, I very rarely do it but here I wanted to congratulate the phlegm of a Disney store employee apparently named Elodie. Indeed, while this one was in the process of informing me about baby clothes, a very unpleasant and above all poorly behaved family started to whistle and call out to the employee to be served at the cash register. The employee goes to meet them and explains that they can pay at another cash register because hers was “closed” while she gave me information. As a result, the man starts to get angry with her, asks her her first name and warns her that he's going to complain in the park. However, she remained very polite by showing them another checkout without a line. I was speechless about this horrible family and I wanted to congratulate the courage of this employee who continued to inform me...hoping that she doesn't get into trouble because she doesn't deserve them.

This is the only street-front Disney Store left in Europe. All other stores in Europe have closed. So this is a rare store. The only other store is the online shopping site. This is a large store inside Disney Village, and it has a wide selection of sweets and pin badges. They also have stuffed animals and Star Wars lightsabers. Compared to the Disney Store in Japan and the one that used to be on the Champs-Élysées, there is almost no apparel for adults, and there are only products for children, so adults can buy pin badges and sweets as souvenirs. There are also plenty of toys for children.

This store is more focussed on toys, compared to World of Disney. It’s lovely to see so many teddies/characters and makes you feel like a child again looking at them all.
Also the place to go for anything Star Wars!

Lieu toujours bien rangé, organise. Toutefois problème de stock dans les tailles des déguisements il manque toujours des tailles dommage quand on vient passer la journée dans le parc et repart dans le fameux déguisement. Idem pour la vaisselle. Les stocks ne sont pas suffisant.

Just as you exit the parks and make your way to the train station, you will come across this massive store with an extensive collection of everything Disney. This is actually very convenient to get last minute gifts without having to carry it around with you. We picked up a few items just before we left for the train station. It’s amazing how much you can spend.
