TO FLEE !!!!
The prices are excessive compared to the service offered. the manager is extremely unpleasant and unfriendly whether with customers or her employees. The toilets are disgusting and the playground floor is sticky because it is so dirty, even though everyone is wearing socks. I will never go back there!!!

The people at reception are incompetent and rude, nor do they know how to live
So the park is already expensive but on top of that it’s really horrible

“Reception to vomit unfriendly employees: as a catering professional I was shocked by the use of gloves:
I order a croque monsieur, the girl comes into the kitchen with her dark blue gloves after touching the money she slipped into the coin mechanism and the coffee percolator opens the trash can and crushes what's in it, she comes out giving me a beep I observe her she doesn't change her gloves scratches her head touches the tokens the tickets the bar the customers' shoes and serves me my croque monsieur. 😳😳🤮😱
Ladies review your hygiene protocols it’s a shame a coliform nest yuck
If you had been friendly and smiling I might have come to talk to you about it but you were too busy yelling at one of the young people behind the bar.

Rude and disrespectful manager
Everything is shameful in this park, the prices, the services, the park, the friendliness, the cleanliness everything
2 euros for socks, 1 euro for shoes, broken sled, go-kart that doesn't work, no toilet paper, dirty toilet! Price for paying adult!
13 euro the price for a child, birthday cake not soft, forget the candy! Warm grenadine water!

I recently called Dundee Parc to get information on their hours and to see if there were currently a lot of visitors.
The person on the phone responded in a condescending manner, saying my question was weird. She also added that it was the first time she heard such a weird question and then she hung up on me.
I don't understand the connection between his answer and my question.
It's important to review your approach to clients, even if a question seems unusual to you. It is unprofessional to respond in this way to a customer or future customer.
The manager seemed completely disconnected and out of sorts.
In any case, rest assured that we are not planning to visit the park, and this helps us to better understand the negative opinions circulating about you.
The Google reviews clearly reflect the problem of this place which is the manager and his incompetence.

Le royaume des voleurs
On prend des jetons pour le plaisir des enfants… mais tous les jeux ne sont pas compatibles avec les mêmes jetons…
Mais dans la machine à jeton il y en avait un qui fonctionnait dans les voitures électriques .
Déception pour le second enfant pour lequel les jetons ne l autorisaient pas à faire le même manège.
J ai voulu prendre un autre jeton compatible pour un tour de voiture au second enfant et la : on ne peut pas payer en cb en dessous de 5€. J ai proposé qu’on le redonne les 3€ d écart en espèce mais « on n est pas là banque nous !»
C est pourtant simple madame : c est écrit …
La fille des salariés ou propriétaires a pris tout le temps de jeux de mes enfants sur un automate sans aucune réaction de ses parents.
La considération client = 0 le sens du commerce idem
Bref une mauvaise expérience
Ce sera la dernière fois pour nous !
