Casino looks like an amusements section from a fun fair, the music and the slot machines sound trying to over power each other (annoying) no promotion no atmosphere no customers, the staff look bored on the tables, the staffs attitude very unprofessional, hearing them bad mouth the company and management just sit back and let them get on it, the bar I’m afraid to order a drink incase the banging of the til will end up breaking it I’ve seen people who are dying happier, no hospitality or interaction.. entrance in the building It looks like something out of the the pass machine on the metro no welcoming attraction … it could do a lot better if there wasn’t out dated point of sale … shame

Very clean and some friendly staff. Food is good.
Slots are unfortunately switched off at certain times at management's discretion, leaving customers paying in and receiving no bonuses that they would have been due.
Lovely cocktails available.
They also have a free roulette feature now and again that you can access via the computer roulette table.

Didn’t work for me I’m afraid. Went with friends for food and it was disappointing, three of the starters on the menu weren’t available, for the mains I had the burger, it was lukewarm and unappealing.
Fries also warm and no flavour.
Sorry guys, food wasn’t your strongest point.

My first time at a casino, went with my
Boyfriend- he’s been to a few casinos in his time.
And we both agreed that Liam - who was the croupier at our roulette table - is a fantastic assist to your casino! Thanks Liam, we had a great time!

I Have given this a Average rating as the food was lovely as always there was a lady who looked after us Michelle Murray a credit to the casino, she is new to the casino and hopefully she stays.
the bad parts no ice for drinks " the ice machine not working", no cocktail's as they "didn't have all the ingredients" the free phone in the reception area has been disconnected. i didn't see any slot machine being cleaned down after use or any cleaning at all being carried out. vey few tables on but plenty of staff in.

lease see review under casino restaurant as would not give the opportunity to review casino at the time.

New menu not to my taste but the pizzas are really good. Wish they would bring back a good new years eve party as the 2018 restaurant menu was amazing. This year just seemed like a free for all with only a DJ and no proper entertainment. Whatever they where thinking didn't work as less in than last new year.

Unless I missed a sign showing the way to more rooms, this casino does not have many machines. 20 or so? Not really casino status more amusement arcade. It was clean enough and well staffed but lacked opportunities to gamble.

Hello, If you are 18 to 25 years old you will need to bring a drivers license or a passport to become a member however if you are over 25 you can come in with out registration or ID.
