Arrived in a beautiful wooded area entrance quite reasonable price for what you can all see back in time beautiful walks beautiful scenery and the friendliness of the volunteers and permanent employees incredible it is because it's in the Limburg I don't know it's really beautiful

Playground: very nice playground and also very large. Something for every age. There are also food trucks for a snack and a drink. Perfect.
Open-air museum: very nice park with many houses in which various crafts were explained. Definitely nice to go to.
Cycling through the water: it's not a big deal but while you're there.. it's very nicely made!
The park overall is very clean and nicely maintained.

Magnificent site to house several old buildings of Flanders. Go there on a sunny day and plan a whole day to tour the different sectors. Guides are in different buildings to explain traditional trades. We are also entitled to characters in disguise to make us live some life of the ancestors. In several places, workshops are offered for children. They will appreciate the many animals present on the site, including a shepherd dog with sheep. Note that there are different places where you can eat and drink at an affordable Award.

The open-air museum is nicely decorated with some actors in the summer. It's very interesting for the kids too. Big plus are the beautiful hiking socks and garden and of course also the large playground! Highly recommended if you are in the area!

The estate is pretty but where are the actors in period costumes?
Many closed houses and most empty!!
Objects have been removed and replaced by screens!
This is nonsense!
We were amazed at this change, which is absurd to us.
What happened to the field we knew? In addition, expensive entrance tickets, before 10€ now 17€.
In Dutch, a shame for others who make the journey from afar...with all the facilities we know...it is really to sideline Francophones.
Too bad we're not going back.

Nice open air museum. It is beautifully maintained, as is the domain itself. Large playground ideal for small and large children and food and drink facilities.

Cycling through the water:
Definitely fun to do. Be careful with the swans, because they bite.

We were guests with the De Bondt Verandas Cycling team from April 11-12 and 13 and we were very warmly welcomed by very friendly people who solved all our questions for us. In addition, the meals were very tasty and well prepared, so a big thank you. Kudos to all who contribute to this, definitely recommended, close to all cycling routes, so a big thank you

Hi! You can take the train in Brussels Central Station direction Genk and stop called Bokrijk. We have a train station ABOUT 5 min from the entrance of the museum.
