Vergognoso. Abbiamo prenotato stamattina. Siamo arrivati. Ci siamo messi in fila. Arrivati al nostro turno, ci hanno fatto accomodare in un angolo. Dopo 10 minuti di attesa, abbiamo chiesto a uno del locale cosa dovessimo fare e ci siamo sentiti rispondere che in realtà non potevamo entrare perché eravamo stati SCARTATI...!!!!!!?????MA SI PUÒ SENTIRE UNA COSA DEL GENERE????? UN CONSIGLIO A TUTTI NOI.....NON CI ANDATE,...SCARTATELI !!🤪

Pessima,niente da migliorare...di sabato rimarrete da soli prima o poi,chi ha l amicizia poi entra,anche in canotta e pantaloncino,fate pena DISGUSTOSI!

Siamo stati ieri al Rama con prenotazione effettuata 2gg prima x le 14.30 X 2 lettini e ombrellone bordo piscina.Volevo fare una sorpresa al mio fidanzato .,regalargli un pomeriggio di relax MA Quando siamo arrivati ,nn c'erano ombrelloni nonostante mi fossi assicurata , personale poco professionale nessuno sapeva chi o come avessero preso la prenotazione e data la struttura non immaginavamo affatto di trovare una tale disorganizzazione. Siamo stati in spiaggia dopo averci proposto l'ultimo ombrellone disponibile...i bagni erano sporchi e indecenti ,E CREDETEMI nn ci andrò mai più mia valutazione è pessima .

Il posto è meraviglioso, un posto “ecologico” e tranquillo.
Lo staff è gentilissimo, sono tutti molto disponibili e pacati nei modi.
La piscina è pulitissima, l’acqua è limpida e il piccolo bar “nell’” acqua è molto comodo per gustarsi qualcosa mentre si gode della bellezza della piscina.
L’unica problema sono i bagni che, a mio parere, sono abbastanza sporchi

Posso dire che questa location è magica.La qualità del cibo ottima e ogni portata è attentamente impiattato.
Per il resto posto dire solo una cosa:Discreto..
Tutto servito in modo veloce,frettoloso.Ho percepito poca empatia,poca disponibilità,poco calore che al sud è difficile non trovare.

Sono oramai cliente assiduo della struttura da circa 10 anni, nn riesco a cambiare è difficile trovare tanta cortesia e soprattutto tanta professionalità in qualsiasi struttura di Napoli e provincia.
La raccomando sicuramente a tutti e faccio i miei vivissimi complimenti alla direzione
riescono ogni anno ad alzare l'asticella.
Raccomando , soprattutto la piscina , per chi non vuole passare una giornata nel solito caos .

Non sanno cosa sia avere cura del cliente, tralasciano gli aspetti fondamentali dell'accoglienza, godono di fortuna poiché la zona attira elevati flussi di clientela.
All'ingresso salutiamo ma nessuno risponde, impegnati con lo smartphone alla mano, all'uscita la sorte sarà la stessa. Consumiamo due drink che sono stati fatti con la massima approssimazione e non si sono neanche degnati di miscelare gli ingredienti ma li hanno soltanto versati nel bicchiere dopo poco veniamo "invitati" ad uscire poiché alle 19 chiudono, ma ovviamente all'ingresso non ci è stato detto nulla.

Ci siamo recati lì per raggiungere alcuni amici. Siamo arrivati ed un tizio con fare minaccioso ci ha fermati in stile "posto di blocco" e chiesto 5€ per parcheggiare la moto. Una volta scesi dalla moto un tizio scortese ci chiede se siamo in lista ed al nostro no ci tiene fermi lì mentre fa entrare altre comitive di ragazzi anche loro non in lista. A quel punto gli ho chiesto se potevamo entrare anche noi e lui quasi indispettito non ha potuto fare altro che lasciarci andare. In tutto questo la tipa con la cartellina che controllava le liste faceva considerazioni sui "furbetti" che si infilavano, manco stessimo parlando di gente che entrava senza pagare hahaha. All'ingresso un ragazzo sulla trentina ci fa: prendete le card e fatele vedere in cassa quando prendete la consumazione (obbligatoria) altrimenti "buttate" altri 15€ perchè non vi danno il pass per l'uscita. Morale della favola un mix di scortesia, atteggiamenti al limite del camorristico che si vedono solo a Napoli e dintorni, una supponenza e scarso o nullo rispetto per la clientela che ti porta i soldi; io che giro parecchio all'estero di rado se non mai vivo situazioni in cui nell'entrare in un locale sembra quasi di chiedere la carità. Non aggiungo i commenti sul cibo e sui costi esorbitanti pagati dai miei amici.

Spent 2 wonderful days here at Rama Beach Cafe. It was like being in paradise! I decided to come here on a solo trip whilst my partner was at work. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. I rented a sunbed by the pool (you can choose to go on the beach or by the pool). It’s €15 for a sunbed for the day. It said on the Facebook page that you had to pre book but I just turned up on the day and it was fine. The pool was beautiful - perfect temperate and beautifully clean. I visited on a Tuesday and Wednesday and I had the whole pool to myself! Was so quiet. You have to wear a swimming hat to go in the water (which they supplied me with when I entered). The sun beds were very comfy. All facilities were very clean too. You can get food and drinks at the bar, or sometimes staff come round and take your order whilst you are sunbathing. I brought some food with me as I have special dietary requirements. Not sure whether it was allowed but no one said anything. The site felt very secure - I felt very safe being a female on my own. Rama is more expensive than the clubs next door but definitely worth it - the pool is so lovely and everywhere looks so clean. I’d definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing day! There is free parking there as well if you are bringing a car.

Came across this beach club through Google maps and glad we did! We were roadtripping through Italy for a few days and wanted to visit a beach near Naples after already spending time in Amalfi. The beach here is not as beautiful as the south but this was good for what we were looking for. Initially we wanted to visit a beach club further south (Turistico) but the drive there was harrowingly narrow and so busy. So this was a good alternative option.
Staff spoke English and probably pricier than the other ones next door. We noticed the other beach clubs on either side were way busier and full of locals. This worked out great for us as it was less crowded and thus more relaxing here.
You can choose to rent a chair in the beach side or pool side. We chose beach and it was $30 euros for an umbrella and two chairs. No towels so bring your own. Felt safe and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Didn’t eat here, brought out own food and snacks.
Would recommend if you’re English speaking and want somewhere relaxing during these COVID times as it doesn’t seem like a place locals gravitate towards. I can only imagine how busy it would be if things were more normal. Parking was on site and free.
