项目对钓鱼新手非常不友好，船长只是将大家聚拢在一起很小声的说注意事项和鱼竿使用，但船上风非常大，什么都听不见，就好像在急匆匆地赶行程一样，船员们都心不在焉。一共就4个钓鱼点，我们根本就没有掌握好鱼竿的使用就已经结束了，最后一条鱼也没有钓到，也就没有鱼可以带走。行程说是可以回程的路上用鱼的内脏喂海鸥也没有，一切都很赶，其实就是坐了船在近海走了一圈，非常不值，我在GYG上定过很多项目都非常好，这次是最不值的一次游玩项目了，我要求退款，极大的影响了我的旅游行程！

It is very important to us that all our guests feel well looked after, regardless of their fishing experience. We take your comments about the instructions seriously. Usually the captain and crew make sure to give clear explanations, but we understand that weather conditions such as strong winds can make this difficult. We will look into how we can improve this so that everyone can hear and understand the instructions better in the future. When it comes to the number of fishing spots and time spent at each spot, we always strive to provide a balanced experience. We apologize if you felt that the tour was too quick and that you did not get enough time to learn how to use the equipment. We also apologize that the experience with feeding seagull did not live up to the description. We will follow up this point internally to ensure that we deliver in accordance with our programme. Your feedback is important to us, and we will use it to improve our experiences going forward.
