Die Hygiene und bessere Überwachung der vielen komischen Schmusepärchen die sich hier treffen. Geduscht wurde kaum vor dem ins Badewasser gehen. Empfehle öfters externe Wasser-Qualitätskontrolle.
Wenige Tage nach unserem Besuch hier wurde meinem Mann der hohes Fieber bekam im Spital eine bakterielle Lungenentzündung diagnostiziert. Er hatte noch nie so etwas, ist sportlich und sonst gesund. Ich kann es nicht beweisen, aber ich wüsste nicht wo er sich das sonst geholt haben könnte. Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal hier.

Horrible service by Information staff about tickets, very uncaring and unsympathetic. Ended up double paying for the visit and they refused to refund us, effectively taking free money from me. No focus on service, just money! Other wellness centres in Switzerland have much better service from staff who care about the happiness of clients, I will not visit this one again, and neither should you!

I highly recommend for adults and supervised children to come here. However I would like to point out that the steep admission price for two hours doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get to “see” and do everything. The saunas are in a section separated by a frosted glass sliding door that was open the entire time we were there. The shower area is right where the entrance is so some naked men were walking around in the entry area. My friend and I were in our swimsuits and asked another customer walking past us if it was coed or men-only. We proceeded to look for a sauna to go into and sat down in a very big spacious one. Within a few seconds a woman rudely barked at us, “You need to leave.” We tried to ask if the entire area was without swimsuits or just this one particular sauna. She again yelled “Leave!” without explaining to us what was the protocol. We were stunned by her rudeness and walked out. Keep in mind that we are two English speaking Chinese women. A staff member in shorts and a tee shirt was outside and explained in broken English that we couldn’t wear swimsuits inside. He was polite and I thanked him for the warning (albeit late). I looked at the door signage and saw the symbol for no camera phones and a sticker that showed what was presumably a naked man and naked woman. I think a no swimsuit logo would have been easier to interpret along with warning signs or rules. If using the sauna is important to you, be ready to get naked or have a towel ready.

Preis-Leistung stimmte bei unserem Besuch. Da wir im Sommer da waren, hatte es nicht allzu viele Besucher und wir konnten alle verschiedenen Pools problemlos geniessen. Die Staff war sehr freundlich. Durchaus ein positives Erlebnis, das wir wiederholen werden.

Die konnten nicht einmal Tickets zum tagesaktuellen Preis verkaufen, da es nämlich ab morgen höhere Preise gibt. Völlig stur. Dabei ist es nicht die Schuld des Kunden. Übrigens ist die Bar meistenszu, da Sie es ja nicht nötigen haben für das Wohl der Gäste zu schauen. Bei den Preisen plus hohe Parkgabühren geht man besser wo anders hin!

Abbiamo passato un bellissimo pomeriggio in coppia. La struttura offre nel prezzo asciugamani e le docce sono munite di shampoo. Le saune in stile russo ci hanno particolarmente stupiti. Diverse stanze con bagno turco sono a disposizione. Torneremo spesso in questo bellissimo posto.

My pregnant wife and her mother ( French ) decided to go an a lady night and relax.
I called before to ask if being vaxx is enough ( they both are ) the lady on the phone told me yes so they got the green light and they went there ( 1hour and a half drive ) from home .
When they got there the lady saw that they were French ( obviously they don’t speak German ) and she said right away I don’t think the QR code will work , which makes me wonder why she said that because this is a international QR code which even works to go in the US, she scanned it and apparently didn’t work, she even implied that it might be a fake one . This is absolutely poor poor customer service because this was an OFFICAL VACCINATION CARD, in addition to that my wife is 8 month pregnant , she did 1 hour and half drive , and she was totally mistreated by the lady at the desk, is it because they were French, black or both? I will never set a foot again in this shameful group.

Ce sont de superbes thermes, très propres, nous qui avons l'habitude de fréquenter les thermes en Allemagne et Autriche nous reprochons que la zone baignade ne peut être fréquenter par les nudistes, rien de plus désagréable de se baigner dans la zone salée en maillot de bain et surtout l'espace en souterrain.
Pourriez vous peut être aménager des horaires ou des jours.
Autrement tout était parfait.

Bestes Wellness Bad. Wir gehen seit Jahren ins Sole uno. Eir liessen uns auch schon mehrmals Massieren. Es ist jedesmal balsam für die Seehle. Wir waren auch schin mit denn Kindern in sole uno (10&13jahre). Wer entspannen will sollte umbedingt ins sole uno.

Le billet d'entrée étant minuté ou à la journée, en 3 heures on peut faire la tournée de toutes les installations y compris la partie "textilfrei" sans s'ennuyer. Bon courage pour transpirer!
