Our Experience at the Resort
Room Conditions
We went with friends and family and were given rooms that were not clean. There was dust everywhere. The resort is under construction and not fully ready. We heard similar feedback from others who came for a day outing.
Corporate Visits
If you are planning to send your team here for an outing, avoid this place. There are many better options available.
Staff and Service
The staff did not respond to our requests. Additionally, there were power fluctuations; the power went off and on more than 70 times in 2 hours. It was so frequent that the kids playing were left in the dark. It is not a safe place—avoid it at all costs. Even if you have already booked, ask for a refund.
Trek
The morning trek was excellent because it was in nature, away from the resort, and there was no dust.
Food and Cleanliness
Breakfast was the worst. Even though it's in Karnataka, they did not make good idlis, and all other food items were bad. The plates and water glasses were dirty.
Final Verdict
Avoid this place. The staff is rude and uses inappropriate language. There is also a manhole in the rain dance area, and the water smells bad.
