Everything about the pasta making and wine tasting experience was fabulous - our host Nico and the other staff, the food, the wine, the class, the beautiful location and the sing-a-long after lunch!! Really well organised with easy pick up in Frascati. We all loved every minute of it and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Nico and the staff at Minardi Vineyard were informative, responsive to our questions and fun!! Food was amazing and wine is delicious. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!

The entire experience was fantastic! It was structured well with a great itinerary while still allowing the freedom to chat openly with the other guests! Our Guide for the day was Nichol, a very friendly and knowledgeable man. We enjoyed his insight on the wine selections and his humorous charm. The pasta Chef was incredible, she demonstrated her pasta making techniques perfectly and was very helpful and encouraging. The pasta tasted GREAT! The vineyard is lovely and impressive, a must see while on your vacation. The wine that was served is made right there on the vineyard and was delicious. The busy streets of Rome can be overwhelming, I highly encourage signing up for this experience to unwind, laugh, drink, and enjoy the private and quiet atmosphere. Bravo!

What a wonderful experience, one of the best parts of our Rome, Italy vacation. The Minardi Winery was in the beautiful hills of the Frascati Region. We toured the vineyards and the winery and took a Master Pizza-making class. It was like a Sunday family dinner. The people were warm and funny and welcoming. Awesome food, incredible wine and a sunny afternoon in an amazing place|! The wine we ordered to be shipped home arrived in short-time, too. Grazcie!!!

Wine tasting & pasta making experience in a perfect picturesque family run vineyard. Greeted with fresh figs to taste and set just like many years before modern times. Learned what creates different components of body flavor and notes wine made. Tasting was family feel just like a Sunday in Italy. Pasta class simple and fun. Taste what you created paired with their olive oil, wine, and jam. Tour the vineyard and great view overlooking city of Rome. The fantastic experience ended with live Italian folk music. Made friends and lasting memories. 🍾🍜🥂🇮🇹

This family winery experience is the best I have had in all of Italy! This was suggested to me by an American friend and I am in her debt! The pasta class was so great- the people and learning about the region and wines- so great!

Absolutely fantastic experience, it was the highlight to our trip to Rome and I would recommend to anyone.
We were picked up from Frascati but Nicolo our wonderful, informative guide. We were taken to the vineyard and had a short drink with fresh figs. Anna ran our pasta making course which was really fun and light-hearted. We then had a tour of the vineyard, learnt about the history of the production, followed by wine and oil tasting. We finished the day with a 3 course meal including the pasta we had made that day, plus more wine. We were so relaxed and felt like we had been invited into someone's home. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

If you are traveling to Italy, Minardi winery in Frascati is a must do! I don’t often write reviews but this place needs to be in the spotlight! From start to finish it’s incredible! Alfredo went out of his way to accommodate us in our travels. Nicolo was sweet and welcoming. Paola stole the show of our vacation! Her knowledge in the industry is vast. She kept us laughing the entire time! Our group was amazing and from the moment you arrive, you feel like family. We booked the pasta making class. When we arrived at this beautiful vineyard, we were brought inside to start learning the art of pasta. We learned the dos and don’ts to creating the perfect dish! Once you are finished making the pasta the amazing chefs take over in the cooking process while you sip memorable wines outside with breathtaking views. Once lunch is ready we all sat around the table enjoying mouthwatering pasta, cheese, honey, wine and stories. They ended dinner with music and singing bringing all of us together once more. Before we knew it, it was time to leave. I would do this experience 100 more times!

Pizza was €65, not sure re pasta. We contacted them direct via email, and just said we’d be there on a certain date. Paid on the day.

Hi! For the Wine & food experiences we kindly request booking until the evening before the day! By phone whatsapp at +393492878141 or by email!
Same for only wine tasting and lunch, but in this case you can contact us also the same early morning! Monday closed!
