Caters to the very rich. It’s very nice. Lovely place to walk see sunset. Close to restos and shops. Wish they had shops for regular folk.

A very nice walk before or after having Lunch or Dinner in one of the so many restaurants there.
The walk starts (or end) in Masalpomas Lighthouse and you can go far with it on the other side.
Many shops, many restaurants, just avoid during the hottest time and it will be perfect !

The feeling of safety was important to us. It is a place that I would recommend for single travellers. It was so clean and the view of the sunset was amazing.

Mooie promenade om er te slenteren en af en toe een winkel binnen te lopen. We hebben vandaag the mint bezocht en de fundgrube. We hoopten iets te kunnen eten in the tropicalhealthfood maar deze is permanent gesloten.

... schön, hier am Tag oder auch am Abend zu bummeln.
Mittlerweile wurde auch ein großer Teil des Weges instand gesetzt, was diesem sehr gut getan hat.
An und auf der Mauer wurden in dem Zug schöne und angenehme Sitzmöglichkeiten geschaffen.
Die Promenade ist sehr empfehlenswert und wird offensichtlich auch gerne genutzt. Allerdings sollte man das Wetter und den Wind beachten!

Tolle Promenade, es gibt immer viel zu sehen. Viele Palmen 🌴, Cafés, Boutiquen, Bänke, Surfer, Straßenkünstlern, das Ganze mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Promenade ist bevölkert von Spaziergängern, Walkern, Joggern, Radlern. Es ist nie langweilig.

Easy walking with lovely views both our to sea and of the hotels and restaurants. A flat and easy walk .

Rui Gran Canaria at MasPolomas would be fine - equally as any others in the Northern MasPolomas strip. Go for it.

We are staying at the Rui in Melonares. Are any of the beaches here proper sand or are they all the black sand?

Probably too late now, but lot of ‘normal’ beach around though I think some may have been imported, if not this area, then others? Maspalomas has the huge area of dunes leading to the long beach around Playa del Ingles...

Yes it is a nice walk along a motorway of a path. Meloneras was the quieter end and the complex that housed the restaurant promenade was partly closed but most of the restaurants were fine and the beach more peaceful more laid back
Both sides of the path caters for all tastes
