We really enjoyed our lunch at this fantastic winery restaurant. It's difficult to choose which dish you want as everything from the menu sounds amazing. The food was truly delicious and each of us were very happy with our choices, some were even saying it's the best they've ever had.
The service was excellent, Renny who looked after our table was really lovely and did a wonderful job in making sure we were looked after.
I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

The ambience was amazing. I had duck and the desert was delicious.The waitress Cannot remember her name on the patio was lovely friendly and service was great.A great venue for lunch

This review is just for the wine tasting, didn't have a meal. Milan was very knowledgeable about the wines, friendly and easy to talk to. Nice wines too.

This is the 3rd and definitely last time I will be visiting this place. I was hesitant to come today but was invited for a private function so I had to go. I have been disappointed every single time by the poor service. Staff are rude and unfriendly starting from the manager at the restaurant and the celler manager. The only positive I have about this place is that the food was good.

This is just a show ground for poor quality wines..fabulous place, good food.
But I wouldn't give your wine a single rating, its mass produced with no love or passion. Has it ever seen any grapes!!!

This is not a cheap restaurant, but, we thought it was superior and much cheaper than some Michelin restaurants that we have been to previously. The staff were all very well trained, the seating was lovely, the food fabulous.
I had snapper ceviche followed by lamb with Jerusalem artichoke, Zor had thinly sliced kangaroo fillet followed by snapper. Just superb. A glass each of great local wines. Well worth a visit if you fancy a treat.

The food was delicious, as was the wine. Lunch for four adults was a little pricey at about $200. Some families were relaxing on the grass after the meal. On the way back, we walked slowly through the vineyards from the restaurant to the gate, which took about 15 minutes.

Lovely grounds and impressive winery but the highlight for us was the fabulous restaurant. The pizza was sensational, as good as you get in Italy and I don’t say that lightly.

We had a work event at the winery and it was fantastic. They were setting up for a festival on the weekend and it was great to see it all happening. We had drinks downstairs and dinner upstairs. The food was gorgeous, the staff were attentive and a fantastic time was had by all.

Beautiful setting, with grand lawns and vineyards. Worth visiting cellar door for free tasting before lunch…staff helpful and knowledgeable. Restaurant food is amazing, although attentiveness of staff dropped away after mains delivered.

Hi do i have to buy ticket to visit the vineyard and winery ? What is the best time to be there please ?

Hi Shyenfoong, you do not have to buy tickets to enter the vineyard or winery, they are 'public access' during opening hours.
Best time is probably Spring or Summer, from about 11am through to 3pm on fine weather days.
It is beautiful so you will not be disappointed.

Can you walk from Sandalford Winery to the accommodation at Mandoon Estate? It doesn't look like the roads join up but I wondered if there is a path through. Thanks.

The two wineries share the same boat dock on the Swan River and are right next to each other. No problem walking between them.

Entrees around $24 average, mains in the $40 range. Not sure about toddler chairs but they should have them. Probably also have diaper change areas.
