Fabulous day with my friend and her 2 children aged 5 and 2. They both loved all the play areas. Was great to watch whilst we had a lovely catch up and coffee.
Place is so clean and fabulous staff. Cannot wait to go again.

Went to another toddler birthday party. This was a bear building one which we had never been to before. It’s was amazing and all the wee ones loved making the their toys. That all got lovely different ones from dragons, unicorns, pugs dinos and loads more. The staff were phenomenal as usual and the chicken in the buffet is truly amazing. We all enjoyed this experience greatly.

Was impressed when I walked in however the toddler area (2 and above) was just an extension of the full soft play.
Not ideal if you have a child 2 or under , my son was getting caught in between all the older kids barging past in this area. We left after 45 minutes as we had to spend more time with him out of the play area. Disappointing as if this was area was truly for 2 and below it would be a good place.

We were all in today for one of our regular visits to this great place. After all the fun of the Halloween party, my wee one is super excited for Xmas dancing with her friends. Tremendous place! See you soon.

The soft play is geared for older kids, perhaps 4+. We took our 2 year old into the toddler section (2 and under) and older kids were jumping into the area from all angles. It's mostly to do with other parents not overseeing their own kids and partly due to the staff on the day being too young to have a proper handle on things.
There is next to no parking and it's far from obvious even when you do find the street it's on.
We may just have been there on a bad day but didn't feel it was safe and well run.

Bubbles Factory is a nice wee soft play that is clean and the staff are very friendly. However, the negative points are:
1. Zero parking specifically for the establishment
2. the food and drink are absolute rip offs! £3.50 for a meagre coffee, £9.50 for meals like macaroni or chicken goujons and £2.75 for a tiny Slush! £5 for an ice cream. Astronomical! This isn't a restaurant, why are they charging restaurant prices at a wee soft play??
Other than this, its a not bad soft play at a not bad price of admission.

My granddaughter absolutely loves this place been since she was a baby x staff amazing friendly she had her birthday party here was brilliant kids enjoyed it x lovely safe place owner Martin very nice would do anything to help u thank u Martin. In every week x

Had our little girls birthday party here, the staff couldn’t be more helpful it was completely stress free all we provided was cake and party bags which staff cut up the cake and put it in the bags for us, I would definitely book a party with them again so easy and the kids all had a ball

Fantastic place for my little one to run and have a fun. She absolutely loves it!
Lots of to do: climbing wall, slides, maze and more.
Owner very friendly, always polite. Staff busy cleaning all areas.
Menu includes good selection of food and drink.
Birthday parties has separated space for celebration which makes the place available for everyone.
It saves my life during cold and rainy days as my little one has lots of energy and loves to interact with other children.

Great place for my kids, found this place through trip advisor and seen some great reviews so had to try for myself, kids loved the under the sea theme with the submarine, and I enjoyed the coffee and toasties, usually u get crappy coffee at soft plays but the mocha was amazing, the food was great too, the salad dressing is even on sale and defo worth the buy, worth the trip

My son is ten and was quite happy playing about with his younger cousins though he was the oldest there. I believe the website says the upper age limit is 11, for weight restrictions I imagine. Certainly our boy was a sweaty, happy lad at the end and enjoyed his slushy!

Can parents go into play area with child? I maybe overly concerned, but we never visit these places because of my sons communication difficulties and we just want to be there if he needs help.
