I had a bad experience from beginning to end, when entering the bus took a long time to turn on the air and it was very hot, few bottles of water available and hot because the freezer was not working, the biggest disturbance was in the deviation of the route where we were not informed, the driver apologized immediately about the error, I and my wife were in the armchair 25/26 the fever coming from the bathroom is horrible. We had to fold the seats because it was poorly sanitized.

My trip was supposed to start at 16:30 on the 31/07, leaving Florianópolis, but the bus arrived with a broken side glass. Result, we left at 5:30, on a worse bus. Without QQ Employee apologizing for the disturbance, we left.
The journey was extremely exhausting. Glass joking, making noise. Terrible!!

I just got back from Malaysia, after 4 sleepless days jumping from airport to airport and I bought a ticket at Eucatur on the sleeper bus just so I could sleep and place my body and my swollen feet horizontally. To my surprise, what they sell as READING is nothing more than MISLEADING ADVERTISING. The armchair they call a bed doesn't even allow you to stretch your leg. Everyone should complain to PROCON, get their money back so this company learns not to deceive its customers and use the appropriate name, such as executive, semi bed and not Leito!!! But it's worth traveling in the other seat, which is almost the same!
The crime of false advertising is provided for in art. 67 of the Consumer Protection Code and whoever commits it may be subject to a prison sentence of 3 months to 1 year, in addition to the payment of a fine, with the victim being guaranteed a refund or exchange of the money.12 Dec. 2022.
Companies must learn that the fact that they deceive us and we feel deceived is the worst thing they could do, which has a negative impact on the company itself. For an executive seat it would be exceptional and people would be surprised by the accommodations. Here's a suggestion!

Viagei SP X FLORIPA , comprei SEMI LEITO pela Clickbus, e o onibus ERA EXECUTIVO...

Peguei janela, e tinha um ADEVISO decorativo do onibus TAPANDO TODA A VISAO.
Na volta para SP, o onibus foi CORRETO, semi leito, porem O AR CONDICIONADO só foi ligado 10min para chegar na rodoviaria do Tiete, as tomadas e luz ficaram desligados a viagem fora o ar qyente insuportavel.

Péssima ideia comprar um ônibus velho com acesso a internet e SEM tomada de eletricidade ou USB para carregar celular em uma viagem de 30 horas.
É a falta de inteligência de empresas como está que me faz sempre correr para empresas mais NOVAS e quem pensem no cliente. Passagem cara, ônibus velho e sem tomadas , um absurdo para o Brasil !!!
