Reasonable for food and drink

In bar malden the staff are friendly and hospitable, the food is amazing and the drinks are reasonably priced a good all rounder.....!

Exceptional service - always with a smile

We’ve been here a few times since it re-opened.

The menu is more extensive than the nearby Glasshouse; the atmosphere is more intimate than The Watchman at the other end of the high street; the manager knows what she’s doing, it’s an easy choice for us!

Great Atmosphere!
Lovely to see this bar back up and running again. Lovely staff and a well run bar..... lovely and clean. I wish them all the success for the future.

Amazing customer service !!!!

I felt I had to write a review as went down on Saturday with my family for something to eat and although the kitchen had closed the landlady ( who was celebrating her birthday ) assured us it was no problem to cook us a meal which she did.
We had a delicious Hunters chicken which I couldn’t finish as the portion was so generous and delicious !!! Going above and beyond and putting the customer first !!!!! Well done !!!! Hope you enjoyed your birthday

A nice pub again at last

Great atmosphere attentive staff what more could we have asked for after being told there was a new landlady I thought we would go back to the pub after not being to impressed by the last landlord and i must say the change is fantastic
Its now a clean fresh well stocked bar and the bar
Staff are a friendly happy bunch .👍👍👍

Excellent Christmas Day

We came here for Christmas dinner and it was amazing, the service and the food was of a very high standard. The Manageress made our Christmas with her attention to detail and was so friendly. We have seen the positive changes over the last 3 months hence why we booked. Well done Bar Malden see you in the New Year

Had the most beautiful Christmas Dinner today. The staff and management were so welcoming and accommodating. The food was fantastic. Such a lovely atmosphere. We all enjoyed our Christmas Day. Thank you to the team at Bar Malden.
