Il faut s'arrêter dans l'un ou l'autre de ces cimetières que l'on trouve en nombre dans la région. Celui-ci, est touchant et paisible, comme presque tous.

This Cemetery has a large collection of Hampshire regiment lads, although my grandad survived the War, he was a proud member of the Regiment. Rest in Peace all 250 men. It makes you wonder did my Grandad know 16474 A J Brooks?

Small, intimate cemetery that we called to pay our respects at. Beautifully kept and a fitting memorial to the men who are at rest there.

Beautifully maintained and in the middle of nowhere, this cemetery is yet another moving place to visit. Stunning views all around, which show clearly the ground involved in the 1st day of the Somme offensive - and which was keenly fought over for months thereafter.
