Good opción if you eant to enjoy thermal waters near to Bogotá, but:

Solo estaba disponible una piscina termal para todos los visitantes y el servicio en el comedor fue muy demorado, parece que hacen una cantidad de platos y a pesar de pagarlos al momento del ingreso, cuando fuimos a almorzar ya no habían.

Solo hay una persona para la venta de boletas lo que demora el ingreso, lo mismo pasa con el casillero de hace una fila muy larga para dejar o recoger la ropa, el valor es costoso para lo que ofrece.

Increíble un lugar que uno va con unas expectativas altas y extremadamente pésimo , tanto en el servicio ,lugar , atención y comida
Servicio no son nada amables
El lugar es extremadamente sucio , el turco huele súper feo ,las duchas ,Baños y vestieres tenaz , por mas “termales” que sean pero se ve sucio y el agua en general huele desagradable
Comida súper cara y no es nada agradable

I went there with some friends, the experience was interesting.
The day was clear and the road was good, when we arrived we had 5 hours to stay there, but although it was a thursday it was full of people.
Positive:
+Close to Bogotá city
+Affordable
+nice gardens
+Affordable good massages
Negative:
-Not friendly with english speakers (not even english menu).
-Takes some time to pay at the entrace cabbine.
-Loud music
-Not relaxing pools
-Limited meals options.
Truth said, this is 2022 and taking into account how close it is from Bogotá, and the customers service experience that probably this place has, it is still not a must go near to Bogotá.
If you are an adventurous person, this is good for you, but if you want a real Quality experience, this sould´nt be your first option

I visited Santa Monica hot springs for the first time on Feb 19 2022. The place met all my expectations for a place to escape the noise of the city. Location is great, accommodation was clean, food was good as well as service. This was the reason why I decided to bring my parents for a second visit a week later.
My one and only BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was the fact that the hotel decided to hire a singer who brought this gigantic speaker, set it up by the private pool and quickly turned this so-called relaxing night into a hot mess. Music was so loud we had to shout at each other to communicate. This lasted for 2 entire hours. We ended up going back to our hotel room and call it a night. I felt disrespected and thought my money just went down the drain. Santa Monica is not supposed to be a cheap hotel, but the experience certainly felt like it.
If you want to truly relax, then Santa Monica is a BIG NO-NO. They just turn weekends into a noisy big party.

Me encanta este lugar!
Las instalaciones y el personal son de lo mejor. Diferentes pisicinas termales para todos los gustos. Muy cerca a Bogotá (lo mejo, sin trancones/atascos).
El sitio es tranquilo, las habitaciones bastante amplias y el clima de la región súper agradable. Recomendado al 100%

Realmente la entrada al lugar es muy costoso. No lo recomiendo. Pagas si o si el mismo precio , entres o no a la piscina o Sauna. Existen termales en la Region mas economicos y oferecen mejor servicio.

La atención no es buena, el servicio es en general deficiente y poco amable, aunque las instalaciones son agradables. No merece una calificación de más de 2 estrellas, de acuerdo a los estándares colombianos.

Este hotel se anuncia como 5 estrellas, lo que es fácil de rebatir. Lo mejor que tiene son sus aguas termales, casi la única razón por la que venir. Hay una gran infraestructura de espacios para el público entre pasadia y hotel, equipada para un destino popular más que para un hotel de lujo. Suena por doquier una música que no invita al descanso ni a la relajación. Luces blancas de laboratorio, reflectores incómodamente situados para cegarte o vigilarte.
El personal: mayoritariamente jóvenes, an algunos casos amable y servicial, la mayoría trabaja con desdén, tienen poca experiencia en servicio y no es esta su vocación. Es decir, MAL SERVICIO.
Los espacios privados: están bien, aunque no son acogedores. Hay nevera (vacía) pero no café en las HABITACIONES. Demasiados espejos, un chino no podrá alojarse aquí.
Lo que realmente le quita 2 estrellas, es que no bastando con obligarte a usar unas manillas plásticas y fichos para todos los servicios, las comidas se sirven en una inmensa cafetería, un galpón, ruidoso desordenado y en unos estrictos horarios que te hacen sentir que ellos te hacen un favor y no que eres un huésped pago. Cena de 6 à 7 pm, y no te lo llevarán a tu habitación. 6 opciones para elegir, todo comida rápida.
Y bien CARO.

Para un día hay servicio de los termales abierto al público, pero estos no pueden pasar al hotel. Para el hotel hay una piscina termal y los huéspedes si pueden pasar a las otras piscinas abiertas al público. A todo el público hay spa, muy agradable donde lo hacen. Es mejor confirmar directamente Tels. 312 379 5810 - 310 349 4263
