Beautiful view, friendly front office staff, ordinary breakfast, unfriendly security staff. Nice marina view, old furniture but well maintenanced. Far from anywhere, no shop nearby.

This place is infested with local police and government officials, they are using the resort as their private holiday camp, more like mafia..
security guard was rude, when asking for direction, they just pointing at the place and drove away
receptionist was not helpful as well, when came to asking for housekeeping svc, says this and that chargeable bla2..
rooms facilities rather old and not properly maintain, overall building conditions for all villas and hotels are definetly 20 plus years old..
more suitable for thrill seekers, bcos of the haunted feeling in the resort vicinity..

Went during COVID19 outbreak hence there's not many guests here!
Nonetheless lovely stay here, 5 minutes ride from NongsaPura ferry terminal via hotel shuttle bus
Managed to check in early, took the sea view room and view is beautiful ! Breakfast is from 7 till 10am, widespread of food :) restaurant is 24/7 in case you're lazy to travel out to find for food
Difficult to get Grab here as the location is quite far from City, but hotel provides transportation, payment as per One way or 4 hours, and the drivers are hotel own staffs to ensure of our safety and our belongings!
Walking distance to Turi Beach, water activities are mostly there, pool is very clean!
Hotel toilet has bidet spray, hot water works fine!
No bugs or lizards in the room despite having a balcony!
I'm quite particular with cleanliness hence I'm really happy here !
There's no elevator or lift here as it's only 2 floors, so do pack light !
Staffs are very friendly, approachable and polite!
You can visit Nagoya mall and do some shopping there! Just ask the counter staffs for help if you don't know where to go (like me !)
If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the place to book :)))

I like Nongsa Point Marina good places, everything beautiful, i am traveling with my friend we having fun stay here.
I was stay at NPM room 215. The Staff are very friendly, they greet me well when I was checking in, thank you very much for housekeeping becuase room very clean and they provide my request and it was given fast to my room and thank you for the welcome card provided in my room, I enjoy the facilities, the all View is very beautiful.

We were a group of 10. Since the villa was for max of 6pax, we anticipated the additional payment which we oblige upon check-in.
We settled into the villa given to us. It was a 3 bedroom villa, one room with king size bed, second roon comes with a queen size bed and the 3rd room with two single beds. We opt to get an additional bed, to our disappointment, the staff was bringing in the mattress that we saw at the back of the villa earlier. We politely refused the bed and informed them that it was the same mattress standing behind. Since we are going to pay 500,000 IRD for the bed, we were expecting a decent mattress. Not a mattress that has been sitting outside for we don’t know how long and being exposed to all the insects and bugs.
We paid for the WIFI access to our villa as well for 150,000 IDR but it was slow and intermittent. A technician was send to check on it. This we let it pass but I think they can do better since it’s not free.
For the breakfast, we give it a thumbs up. It was far much better from where we went last month. Though they need to do a proper coordination among the staff. They keep asking for our breakfast voucher when I have given it to one of them when we arrived.
Though we were disappointed that we are not able to have an extention since they claimed that the resort is fully booked, I commend them for rebooking our ferry ticket for an earlier timing.
Upon check out, we need to call twice before they fetch us from our villa back to the reception. And we have to ask 2x for our transport from the resort to the port.
We still enjoyed our stay. And there is always a room for imporvement.
And by the way, we never received the bucket of ice.

Room was fine with a nice and quiet garden view as per seen in photo. However, would definitely recommend Turi Beach Resort instead which is just a 10 min walk from Nongsa Point if you are looking for a stay near the beach and there is also the iconic bridge just beside it.

Love the Soup Buntuk with chunky beef cuts with sambal chilli. Nice quiet cafe facing the marina with attentive staff .

Pour notre retour de navigation nous sommes arrivés dans cette Marina un samedi.
Super site, belle Acceuil.
Le soir nous nous sommes inscrit à une soirée buffet à volonté organisé tous les samedi.
Tout était excellent et fait devant vous.
Les gens sont tous attentionnés et d'une rare gentillesse.
On partage la soirée avec d'autres nationalités.
Si vous passez par ce lieux n'hésitez pas.

Again the toilets need improvement. The bar now looks nice and clean, but the ladies toilets have gone down hill again.

Is there any fishing spot near the resort? I’m planning to stay if only there’s a fishing spot and I don’t need to rent a boat or anything.

How to travel to the Nagoya hill and Batam City Square Mall? There are many areas of interest mentioned. How to travel.. is it only by Taxi Service? Is there any bus service?
