Lights keep coming back on and staff never even notice. When teenagers are extremely disruptive the staff do nothing. It’s not worth the stress and hassle.

We went to the cinema last night on Thursday ninth of February I had booked online, but unfortunately got the screen around the wrong way so we were sat right on top of it. I went down and explained in the foyer. Gina was amazing just sorted us out straight away. The cinema was not full so she treated us to the extra legroom on the chair, nothing was any trouble for her lovely lady , made our evening

I love this cinema. The staff are always friendly and willing to have a joke. The building is an old theatre (I think) so there are strange stained glass windows everywhere. It has made me see films more and reminded me that, despite streaming services, there is something to be valued in going to see a film in your local. Also, and most importantly, well priced. Thankyou Cinema. Thankyou Odeon.

Old skool cinema, lovely staff, pleased its on my door step and hasn't been sold and converted into flats or a some other commercial venture that erodes the community spirit. Often enjoy a last minute mid week film/treat.

Took my 15 year old to see Batman. They wouldn’t let us in without a passport. He doesn’t have a passport or any other photo if with his date of birth on it. They wouldn’t accept a birth certificate. Manager said only a passport would be accepted. Very discriminatory to those who don’t have passports. They need to think of other forms of Id they will accept for under 16s.

This is our local cinema, so we’ve been many times and usually have a fairly good experience (although sometimes it is unbearably hot and the sound quality isn’t great), but I feel the need to mention our experience this weekend. We chose to watch the new Bond film in Screen 4 because according the seat map it seemed we wouldn’t be too close to the screen and it was the only one with a 9pm screening. We paid for central Premium seats and both my husband and I had our view restricted by the heads of the people in the standard seats in the row in front of us. This meant we both spent the entire 2 hrs 45 mins wriggling around trying to see the bits of the screen that were blocked - especially as some was subtitled!

Great little cinema. Super friendly staff. Nachos on point :) Love that some of the original Art Deco features of the original building are still in place with some stunning stain glass windows upstairs

Nice cinema, but snack shop pricey. They do the live streaming events here too. Parking limited at rear of the cinema unfortunately.

The prices are very reasonable, plenty of screens- Screen 1 is my favourite- and the staff are great. SilverScreen is fantastic value, with pretty recent showings. I love coming here, but stay clear of the on site car park, which charges every day.

I usually go and watch movies in Vue cinemas but wanted to go somewhere smaller and nearer me. I managed to park down a side road nearby and walked to Beckenham High Street. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and I booked my ticket at the ticket machine. The seating plan was a bit difficult to understand but as it wasn't busy so most people sat where they wanted anyway.
The ticket prices seemed reasonable and cheaper than other places.
Nice atmosphere and definitely more friendly than a larger establishment. I will return in the future.

Any of the roads off Croydon Road. As you go away from the Odeon towards Elmers End the first road is Westfield Road. Then Cedars Road etc.
They all have week day restrictions to stop all day commuters ie controlled parking Mon Fri 10 am to Midday.
If you park in one of these roads you walk past Tesco Express which has a good variety of food and drinks for the films.

What is the quality of projection on screen 5? I've been to all the local cinemas in the area and I've not been particularly impressed by the lack of clarity
