We used this company on our recent overseas trip. We highly recommend their prompt, friendly and reliable services. They were also very flexible when there was a mix up with our return flight due to our own error and they promptly came to pick us up anyway. Thanks George. Payment can be made via credit card a few days before. I believe they are now called Platinum shuttles. Thanks guys.

The new owner of Canon Shuttles has worked extremely hard to repair some of the damage done prior to him taking over,
Steve contacted me after my last experience and asked me to give them another shot on my next trip.
Fantastic this time around thanks guys couldn't be happier

We have used Canons many times over the years, Dealing with Evan we never had any issues.
Since Phil took over the company his prices have sky rocketed and now the service has gone.
The last time we used them our trip almost became a nightmare, They never arrived for the pick up as booked with Phil personally after several attempts to contact them we had to make an emergency call to a taxi to get us to the airport.
Never again

We have previously used Canon's shuttle to get us to and from the airport on several trips with no problems. However, our most recent booking with them almost became a bad start to our holiday. We were booked to be picked up to go to the aiport at 5.40am, by 6am no show. My husband tried to call them but the call went to an answering service. By 6.10 we had given up and called a cab and just made it to the airport in time for our flight. Won't be using them again.

I called and booked in a minute.
On departure my husband held up the shuttle service for 40 minutes as he was late from work. The driver was patient, he waited until he arrived so thanks for that!
Upon return we had a limo pick us up in style, driver was fantastic. Overall a excellent experience.

I had my sons engagement party to attend with relatives and friends, unfortunately it was at a fantastic location but geographically challenging to get to for the relatives. I approached Phil from Cannons Shuttles and he was extremely helpful, nothing was a problem. Multiple pick-ups and drop offs. All the arrangements were made prior and all went like clock work. The driver was very helpful and this made the night a real success.

We arrived home after an 11 hour flight with two children 3.5 and 1.5 who were very tired. Rang the shuttle office to find the location to meet the shuttle as per instructions. We were told that our shuttle had left as our flight had been delayed and "might be 25 minutes". When the owner was questioned as to why the shuttle had left his reply was, don't start on me I will just cancel your shuttle... We had pre paid for the shuttle.
The owner then hung up and on a second phone call he told my wife to he was going to cancel our shuttle and to get our own way home....
The owner than called back and told me the shuttle was coming to pick us up... During each phone call the owner was aggressive, abusive and threatening to cancel the shuttle... Just what we needed with two tired children.
The shuttle arrived over 40 minutes later than quoted!!! We could have just used taxis and been home much quicker!!
Do not use this shuttle for any transportation, if you do you run the risk of being threatened it will be cancelled with a rude tone.
So disappointing and terrible service Canon's.

We travelled to/from Como to Airport in Dec15. With 2 small children on board nothing was too much for Phil and his co worker, organising child seats etc, even offering to stop on the way home to pick up fresh milk. Great service and lots of laughs there and back. Definitely would recommend.

We used Canons to get us to the airport over 5 and a half weeks ago, which they did comfortably and in good time. We advised them of the date/time of our return flight and, on our return, not long after exiting customs, we had a text message from Glen stating he'd be with us soon, which he was. We were returned home safely, but to our dismay, my wife realised that she had left her small carry bag (with purse, passport etc) on the shuttle. We didn't realise this until later in the evening but an early morning call to Glen sorted things out. Even though Glen was not on the run that day, he contacted Steve, who was and who confirmed the bag was still on the shuttle. Steve rang and said that he would return the bag to our home, which he did, everything intact. We are very grateful to Canons for safe travel and this kindness in returning the bag so promptly.

After 30 hours of traveling, Phil was the first person we met in Australia and he woke us right up! Very funny and we were the only ones he picked up from the airport, so the giant van was nice and spacious compared to the incredibly cramped flights we had just been on. He got a little lost on the way to our hotel, but it actually worked out as a good way to see the surrounding area (free tour!) and our hotel wasn't even ready to be checked in, so was nice spending the time with a local rather than wasting time in a lobby!
