Incredible experience! The trip to wildlife sanctuary was both informative and delightful as the guide provided much information along the tour. It was about a 45 minute ride outside Sydney, but guide provided many insights into Australian culture and where the country seems to be headed. The koala picture was great and I know my grandchildren will be excited to see!

Breathtaking views! Experiencing Sydney for the first time was awesome! Special thanks to Andrew for the terrific job of expertly driving us around the city and sharing with us the rich heritage and culture of Australia and its people. We enjoyed the sights immensely, as well as the stories behind them. Hope this is not the last time we'd visit this lovely city❤

Glenn was wonderful and very accommodating of what we wanted to see we saw three sisters, wildlife sanctuary and the Harbor. We never felt rushed. Knowledgeable @ areas and animas we visited .

We had a fantastic city tour of Sydney. Our guide Vic was brilliant and extremely knowledgeable about Sydney and Australia as a whole. He gave us very deep and insightful information throughout the tour. We stopped at many significant places to take pictures and also stopped at Manly beach for amazing lunch.

First class tour. Saw everything we wanted to and more. Vic, our driver, was not only a first class driver but a first class guy as well. He ‘bent over backwards’ to ensure we got the very most out of our day. He made the trip for us, thank you Vic! Money well spent 👍

The Aussie Animal tour to Featherdale Wildlife Park was exceptional due to our guide Jenn. Her through knowledge of historical facts of Sydney made it like a Shakespearean play. I enjoyed her commentary and perspective on Aboriginal people of this land. I learned about the government of Australia and political parties while driving out to the animal sanctuary.
The animals in the petting area included wombat, koala, wallabies including a rare albino wallaby, echidna, tasie devil, and many other rare and exotic species. We even had our picture taken with a gentle koala. This is a dream come true.
Jenn drove us later to Sydney Opera House where she showed us where to meet our tour group. This 1 hour walking tour described the historic architecture plans and politics behind this iconic building. Our guide here was exceptional.
I would like to thank Jenn for being such an amazing guide. You made my day!

Today’s private tour with Jen was one of our best experiences so far while in Sydney! We were picked up at the front of our hotel and proceeded to Featherdale wildlife park. The van was equipped with a speaker system so we could hear everything very clearly while Jen was driving and talking. I’ve been on many private tours and this was by far the very best yet. Jen shared so much history with us about all the places we were driving through. We guessed that Jen must be some history buff, and we were right. She had studied at the university majoring in Aboriginal peoples and First Nation’s culture and people. We asked her so many questions about Australia eg. Politics, history, immigration, and she was able to answer us in detail with dates and specific people. We spent a good deal of time at Featherdale which in itself was an incredible sanctuary. We ended the tour with being dropped off at the Opera house entrance, and Jen got us set up for the tour before departing. The opera house tour was exactly 1 hour and incredible as well. It was a fabulous day! We encourage everyone to consider this private tour. It was a great value for what we paid.

We're so pleased you had a great day out on your private Opera House and Animals tour with Jen.
Jen has spent her Covid years very productively studying more tourism and history, so it's wonderful that she is able to pass her knowledge onto all of our international guests.
Featherdale Wildlife Park certainly caters for all Aussie Animal lovers and you could easily spend a few hours there.
The Opera House is obviously a quintessential Australian icon and no visit to Sydney is complete without a tour through this majestic building!

Had an amazing time on full day tour to see the Blue Mountains, the Featherdale Wildlife Park and Scenic World Rides. We feel very fortunate to be with Julian and Joe. Everything was perfect. Highly enjoyed our time together. We traveled as family of four and had very personalized experience.
Also had lunch in Leura, a quaint little town. Highly recommend taking this tour while in Sydney. Weather was perfect for seeing all the lovely sights like the Three Sisters, Katoomba Falls, Prince Henry Cliff Walk, Lookout Junction and many more stops along the way. A+ tour. Thank you!

Thank you for booking a 4 hour Sydney Private Tour with Runaway Tours! Your guide will meet you at the Arrivals Gate with a Welcome Sign and escort you to your vehicle. Please have your phone switched on upon arrival in case we need to get in touch with you. Please pay your guide AUD$100 for the later time start. Please note, our guides are not professional porters and under Work, Health and Safety regulations are not permitted to lift heavy bags. Please let us know which cruise ship you are travelling with and your guide will drop you there at 1300.
We wish you a great flight, and I know you'll have a wonderful time exploring Sydney.

We have a group of four flying into Sydney on Feb 11. We will have luggage from our flight. Can we be picked up from the airport and dropped off at the port at the end of the tour? We are interested in the half day tour. Could we be picked up at 9:00?

Hi there
Thank you for your question. Yes, we can certainly pick you up from the airport at 0900. Your guide will then take you on your private 4 hour highlights tour to see the best that Sydney has to offer! They will then drop you and your luggage off at your cruise terminal at 1300.
What time is your flight arriving? We normally allow you around 45 minutes to get your luggage and come through customs. So if your flight lands at 0815, an 0900 pickup is perfect.
Please note, because it is our busiest time of year, when travelling between 23 January to 5 March, there is a AUD$100 fee (payable to your guide by cash or credit card on the day) if your pickup is outside our standard tour times of 8am and 1pm.

I am thinking that you are referring to our Blue Mountains Tour!
1. Pick up will be from your city hotel or other central location at 7.30 am.
2. We will drop you back at your hotel between 5 and 5.30 in the evening
3. Yes we are free for a private tour for 4 people on the 31st of December 2016, but best to book early, as this is our busiest time of the year!
