Hi, Stephen our records show that you paid $178.13 to one of our booking agents and not directly with us for the cruises and that included - morning tea on the boat, guided commentary though the city and winding down to Breakfast Creek, with a two hour stop over including beer tastings and Lunch. More complementary snacks were available on the way back also. In regards to the time - it is impossible for us to reach Breakfast Creek in the time frame you described. No shorter than 45 minutes is generally what it takes each direction and sometimes we are having to speed up in designated "go fast" areas to keep to our tight schedule. The 400m 7 minute walk is described during booking process and by email, easy instructions are given to walk through the beautiful park and over the road to the Hotel that is visible from the pontoon upon disembarking. I can assure you that the famous BCH lunches and steaks cost more than $30. We try to provide an enjoyable experience at a cost-effective price without substituting our quality and to cover our overheads. As for the experience at the hotel I will call them tomorrow to find out why it broke down and what happened that day to ensure that staff member/s are retrained as this is not what we expect from the Hotel either. We are sorry it didn't meet your expectations and will work to improve these areas. We sincerely hope you enjoy the rest of your time here in Beautiful Brisbane.

We are sorry to hear that, there are speakers placed everywhere on the boat. We do wish that you had brought this to our attention so we could have turned it up if it was a practically noisy day on a specific section of the boat. We hope you still enjoyed the cruise.
