The team at Natural Palm Day Spa is absolutely fantastic! My first visit was for a massage I received as a gift, and I was instantly relaxed from the moment I walked in the door. The seating area is tranquil and comfortable, and the staff offered me water or hot tea.
My first massage was with Kumi, and I have had several pregnancy massages around Cairns, but I left convinced that Kumi’s was the best by far! Unfortunately, I have never had their unique massage technique performed on me anywhere else in the world—it was absolute bliss! I received a $10 off voucher for my next booking, which I used the following week. I had the pleasure of having the owner, Palm, personally massage me, and I was excitedly surprised to receive my best massage yet!
Palm is incredibly knowledgeable about all things massage and spa-related, including ingredients and techniques to use and avoid. The entire team is so polite and calming, making me feel like a VIP every time I walk through the door. Palm has trained her staff to the highest caliber, and it is heartening to see the interaction of staff who clearly enjoy working there and with each other.
The room is always the perfect temperature, creating a calming environment. Their use of aromatherapy in each massage is a true treat. I highly recommend everyone book a massage at Natural Palm Day Spa!

A wonderful experience for myself and best friend. We had the Lost in Paradise treatment package and it was incredible. Palm and Nut created a beautiful, relaxing experience with a seamless treatment package. I especially loved the body wrap and massage. We would absolutely come back.

I went to Natural Palm for a massage after several days of travel including hiking and cycling, etc. The treatment was just what the doctor ordered for my sore muscles. I highly recommend a visit!

I had the head to toe treatment option which I thoroughly enjoyed . A lovely ambience with a therapist who made it a very relaxing experience. Definitely would book again if I return to Cairns.

This was my third time to visit here. Always the ladies welcoming us and we get the amazing relaxation massage. Best idea to buy this spa’s voucher for your family, friends and loved one to share this great experience. Looking forward to going again.

We love coming to Natural Palm Day Spa where they provide such a calm and relaxing service. We highly recommend Thitirat and her team who are always very welcoming and professional when we arrived to be pampered.

We are locals to Cairns and cannot go past the service Palm and her team offer. The business is centrally located, beautifully set up and for the duration of your visit - make you feel a million miles away. I cannot go elsewhere as we are always 100% satisfied. The couples massage is a must.

We only have female therapists as we runs massage and beauty day spa which mean we do need therapists who’s can do those work. We are not just a massage shop but we runs a day spa which involves in beauty site of it

Hello
We do have shower room but normally recommend client to leave the oil on skin as we wipe it off when complete treatment. We use quality massage oil so it does absorb skin very well and does not feel sticky like cheap massage oil. If client want to shower after as need to fly out or other reason then client welcome to use shower room.
