Hi Joanne, thanks for your enquiry. It is very seldom that we must cancel for weather other than heavy snow that closes roads - but when this happens full refunds are given. Availability in any given day can fill up quickly because we only take 6ppl per tour maximum, but we can typically take bookings a week out with no problems. All of this does depend a little on when you are traveling - Christmas/New Year is very busy, as is the heart of the ski season, so it's better to book early for those times. Hi Breeh06, Thanks for your enquiry. We do arrange tours that involve wine, food and beer tastings - however we are unable to take more than 8 people in our vehicles. While smaller groups allow us to visit a wider range of cellar doors in the region and pay more attention to our guests we are limited when it comes to accommodating larger groups.

Hi Liz, Thanks for your question - at this time of year (summer) we are operating almost at full capacity and booking in advance is highly recommended. The same can be said of Winter and Spring. If you are travelling in May or June (Autumn/Fall) you may have more luck - but we only have one vehicle with a maximum of 7 people per tour so it can fill up quickly at any time of the year.
