Visited on Saturday 14th May. I was able to get a car park there and enjoyed the view, pity it was raining heavy otherwise I'd have gone for a walk around.

We climbed up from Coolangatta expecting a dramatic view and we were rewarded with a stunning outlook south across Coolangatta and north all the way to Surfers Paradise high rise building up the coast.

Visited on Thursday 17th June. We were out walking and wanted to check out the views from there. The park was being upgrade so will make sure to visit again to see what they have done. You get fantastic views of Coolangatta Beach, Kirra Beach and Surfers Paradise skyline in the distance

The walk is a bit steep to get to up the hill. The views are amazing. My suggestion would be to go later in the day around sunset. If you are walking you can walk up by the road or use the steps. You can see down to Surfers Paradise on one side and Coolangatta on the other side.

If you and your family happen to be in Coolangatta, I would say that it is worthwhile for you & family to visit the Kirra Hill Lookout. It is located at McLean Street, Coolangatta, QLD.
You'll have the opportunity to view the Gold Coast skyline, Coolangatta Beach and others. The Queen Elizabeth Park is just next to it.

The walk up the hill was worth the view. However, do not waste your money on the telescope, you cannot escape its blurriness and the very short time of use.

Good spot to come after landing or just before you fly out due to location near airport. One of my favourite lookouts due to views of lovely famous beaches such as Coolangatta
